Five stars is not nearly enough to convey the absolute treasure Saratoga ophthalmology is. From the start the staff was nothing but exemplary, everyone was kind and considerate and had a happy demeanor whenever I spoke to them. Your first steps into an office are often a good impression of how your visit will be. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by the front desk manager Shelly who had me registered and ready to go in no time. As I sat waiting for the appointment I had the pleasure of meeting the executive director Tal who took time out of his busy schedule to greet all of us and see if we needed anything. When it was time for the appointment I was greeted by some lovely technicians who took the time to listen to my story for why I was in need of their services. After I went through the usual process of giving my history to them they introduced me to the doctors who were beyond anything I could have hoped for. Not only were they kind, caring and very knowledgeable but they were also patient with me and answered all of my questions. They took me step by step through the treatment plan they had made for me explaining why we needed to do things a certain way and how everything would work. As I said five stars is not anywhere near enough for the staff of EyesNY and Saratoga ophthalmology if I could I would give them 1,000 stars because they deserve that and so much more. I will happily and enthusiastically be continuing to go there for years to come.

This dr was able to not only fix my glasses, but right away…and the price was so incredibly cheap! He is so nice and professional and he truly cares about helping people! I would recommend him over and over again!! Thank you!

I will never go back to this office! ( Newark office) I was misdiagnosed by the doctor that works there on Saturdays. To top it off the doctor had no idea where the tools in the office was at to remove an eye lash that supposedly was irritating my eye. So he advised me to go home get a pair of tweezers and go back so he could remove it . Like really I was just in disbelief. He also advised me that I was clear from my eye inflammation but when I went into the office again today 3/25 I was advise by the doctor (the owner) that I still have the inflammation in both eyes and have to continue to use eye drops. When I spoke to the doctor today and express my concerns regards to my experience on Saturday all I got was I will talk to him and on top of that I was being charged 125.00 for Saturday which I refuse to pay because nothing was done for me on Saturday I was misdiagnosed and was told to get a tool (tweezers) from my household and go back to remove an eyelash from my eyes. I was not going to pay 125.00 just because he took me in the room and I sat on the chair. The DOCTOR DID NOTHING FOR ME AT ALL BUT GIVE ME WRONG INFORMATION!!! Also the doctor when I advise him that I don’t think is right that I had to pay for my Saturday visit he said he could give me all my paperwork and I could go see another doctor. Like really that’s how you fix things so unprofessional. At the end I did end up finding another doctor and will no longer be going to this office.

Awesome experience! Dr. Goldberg was very patient and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the best solution for my complex vision issues. I’m so glad that my friends recommended him. Also, the front office was very welcoming and helpful.

I wholeheartedly recommend IQ Laser Vision to anyone considering corrective surgery. Their exceptional service, compassionate staff, and outstanding results have profoundly impacted my life. If you’re on the fence about taking the plunge, let this be your sign to go for it. You won’t regret it!
