Dr. Ragusa is a top-notch ophthalmologist in New York. He takes care of his patients like he would his family. The office is in a great location, easily accessible, and has the latest equipment. The staff are wonderful.

I requested an updated prescription for my eyeglasses as my eyes keeps getting worst, they never did an eye exam and he came up with a prescription just from observing my eye i had my glasses made and used the glasses and I couldn’t even wear them because they were so strange and harmful to my eye, after several attempts i got used to them a little bit but they give me headaches and dry eye after a short period of time. I went back to them to tell them about my situation the lady at the reception was nice she spoke to him and than she came back and told me he “thinks” that’s the best prescription for you eyes he didn’t even take the time to talk to me or try to understand my situation and do whatever needed to correct the mistake he made. I went to another doctor and got my correct prescription. They did a great job for me before but failed this time hope they really care for their patients more. Also the exam was 120$ and i received the bill from my insurance for 600$ which is not acceptable.

Very poor patient service, rude staff, long waiting time, long hold on phone call appointment, Don't come here unless you have 3-4 hours to spare for one appointment.

As someone who has worn glasses most of his life, Dr. Zacharia was the best optometrist I’ve seen so far. He has great bedside manners, addressing any concerns or questions (and I asked a lot) I had. It’s a relatively small space so there were not too many options for glass frames, but that wasn’t too big of an issue for me since I had two relatively new pairs, and I went primarily to get contacts. The contact lens fitting was also a great experience as well because he let me try a sample on and made sure that I was comfortable in them, even going as far as giving me two weeks worth of contacts to trial. Will be coming here from now.

I’ve been going to Dr. Getz for over 16 years and I refuse to change providers. She’s compassionate and her office staff is excellent at following up and providing individualized care that meets my needs. She’s been able to get my prescription down so well. Highly recommend her to anyone!

I found Dr. Getz to be very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. I felt like all of my questions and concerns were addressed, and I didn't feel rushed. The whole staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I had left my previous eye doctor only because he moved farther away. I had thought he was very thorough; honestly, though, Dr. Getz was doubly thorough. I will definitely be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Hakobyan at this eye clinic, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with his level of expertise and professionalism.He took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and answer all of my questions in a clear and concise manner.

They have great costumer service whether it is via phone or message. They are puntual and look for the best ways to help there patient or any other.
