I was really disappointed in Mgr. Denise, that you said you would call me back. I waited a week but never received a call. I called you on Friday & you would not take my call-that you were busy. I left a voice mail, still no return call. I can't believe you are a manager! Twice lied to me. I managed 8 girls & had plenty of unpleasant situations but never hid from them. By the way, because You have been so rude, I won't recommend your office to anyone, not when its run buy people who lie. What a shame-I liked Dr. Johnson!!!

I can't say enough nice words about Dr. Johnson and his staff. About 25 years ago he pulled a piece of metal out of my eye and I haven't seen him till today! I called his office because I had some debris in my eye and they got me right in. He fixed me up and now my eye feels great ! Not to mention Dr. Johnson and his office staff took very good care of my mother well into her 80s with diabetic eye problems.

Dr Fahim is the best! I travel from out of the area to see him! He listens to his patients questions and concerns. His exams are extremely detailed and he makes you feel very comfortable. Also, his staff is very professional and caring. I would recommend all my friends and family to see him!

Be prepared to be treated like an assembly line product. There are always so many people in the waiting room, 20 plus today, standing room only. Not enough parking, even for handicap parking. We usually have to park in the gas station parking lot next door. The handicap doors don’t work from the outside and when mentioned to staff the response was “they have not worked in a long time and probably won’t get fixed.” We have watched so many people struggle to get in the double doors, so I have become the door opener for the last half hour. We have already waited almost an hour and we were told it could be awhile longer. Dr Fahim may be an adequate physician for what he does but the office situation is a mess and patient care is certainly impacted negatively by it. HIPAA is not maintained. I can hear everyone else’s patient information standing in the waiting room. On the upside my cataract surgery was a success and I can see better.

I went there because it’s been two years since I had an eye exam and also new to the area. I have to say in my 20+ years of wearing glasses, this was the best place to come. Sandra and Amber both were extremely friendly and absolutely helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for any eye care. I will definitely be back next time!

I love sams club, everyone in the main part of the store are great! However, their optical has a few employees that are not helpful. I understand when someone cant give me my script that I took in their, but when The staff are the ones who took the PD number , not our opthamologists, and they cant give me the number because their Dr didnt write the script..Seriously?? did they not have a doctor for a few years? I just think its ridiculous when they are the ones who did the test for the PD number especially when we have purchased about 8 pairs of glasses from them this past year. Well unfortunately my family of 4 will not be going back to the optical dept

Dr Johnson is wonderful, he did my eye surgery 18 yrs ago, and has been my eye Dr for 20 yrs, I would not trust my eyes to another Dr. He's the best.

Took my young son there, All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was caring and compassionate and we did not have to wait in the lobby more then 10 mins.

Dr. Johnson and the staff are very professional as well ad exceptional. I have used them for over 4 years and they have been great to work with. I recently had cataracts removed from both eyes, and experiencing vibrant colors again as well as better vision made it well worth it. I would very much reccomend this practice.
