Please Dr. S. — slow down! My exam lasted less than one minute and it was very rushed! I question the validity of my vision prescription. If my eyes were dry, put some drops in them, wait one minute and resume the exam!

It is always a good experience to see Dr. Yap for my yearly eye exam. He is thorough, compassionate and always willing to answer any questions, no matter how simple they may be. An excellent doctor that stands out among the rest!

I went to have my eye exam done and it was super super good the truth is that the people who work there are excellent and an extraordinary service the variety of lenses to choose from is fantastic

Terrible experience. Got snookered by hidden fees. Took weeks to get an appt. Told clerk I needed new contacts and was given one price over the phone but they added $62 when I got there. I spoke to the mgr Cesar and he did absolutely nothing. I immediately took my business to Walmart in Cromwell and they happily saved me $70 off the same exact lenses. I will never try LensCrafters again

The new LensCrafters location in Middletown is so much nicer and more convenient than the old place on Main st. Glenna is very pleasant and helpful. She helped me find my frames and proper lenses. I was a little skeptical about the eye exam, but the tech was awesome and explained exactly what the machines were doing. I’m sorry I forgot her name because she did a great job. We went over the tests with Dr Ahmed who also was extremely nice and ready to address any questions or concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone needing an eye exam or glasses or both.

Most up to date equipment I have ever seen. Very modern. Staff was great and knowledgeable. Prices were decent.

Very nice and friendly service. Marissa was great to work with and very good about explaining each step. Virtual appointment different but worked perfectly fine.

Dr. Patton and Marissa were absolutely amazing! Very warm service from the both, 10/10 would recommend! You honestly can’t go wrong here!
