This place was suggested by my insurance provider and I'm glad I went. The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean and I got in & out of there very quickly even though it was my first visit. I was able to book the appointment online very quickly as well. It's hard to shop for frames alone, as I can't see myself in the mirror very well while trying on glasses. They helped me pick out new frames and I was very pleased by their suggestions and feed back while trying on different frames. Definitely recommend coming here if you need an exam or new glasses.

The staff is always very pleasant and helpful in assisting me make my glasses selection. They have a variety of designer frame selections.

Even with insurance, this place gets pricey real fast, but it's mostly worth it because of the great doctors here, services rendered, and the customer service. I 100 percent recommend them for check-ups or other important eye exams. If no insurance, I recommend buying glasses elsewhere though (but that's the case with most eye doctor's offices and not just this one). Frankly, I enjoyed my experience here and I bet you will too.

Edited review from 1 -> 5 stars: they made things right and paid for my shipping and shipped the glasses back to me fixed. Not sure why this couldn't have happened right away but it's fine. All good now and happy. Just overall maybe unlucky Friendly staff, however, unfortunately horrible post-purchase experience with my Tom Davies prescription eyeglasses purchase ($661). Everything up to the actual purchase was done well. Unfortunately, after I purchased my glasses, I found out that 1 of the lens on it somehow had transition lens (so 1/2 lenses would turn dark with sunlight exposure). Living 40 min away, I asked for them to cover the shipping costs since it was their mistake, it's a time drain for me, gas costs, etc. and I cannot wear the glasses I purchased. On top of this, they have horrible hours (9am-5pm on weekdays only) which force me to take PTO to drop/pick up my glasses. They not only refused but it has been 3 months and they have not followed up on this. As of now, until this is resolved, I would not shop here again nor will I advise anyone else to. If they fix this and comp me somehow for this time, I will update my review. However, it should not take a review for them to fix this; overall a very negative experience.

Dr. Rabbani’s office was great, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and provide great service. The office itself was very clean and stylish, they were adhering strictly to COVID-19 guidelines which I really appreciate, and the girls at the front desk were very helpful in finding a new pair of glasses. 5 out of 5, would highly recommend!

The worst clinic And The most old and not updated machine, they do not have high tech technology in the picture show how old is their machine is turning eve yellow the plastic. One 20 year old was using a gun to measure the pressure of my eyes, and another personal was waiting for him to finish using it to use it with out cleaning in another paciente. I wait 2 month for and apointment and they call a day prior to my apointment to move it at 8:30 of course I say yes, I need the eye exam.

I brought my grandpa here to get his eyes measured. Our visit there was very straightforward. The receptionist took my grandpa's information and found all the necessary documents on their system previously provided by their Glendale office. They were quick and lovely to work with. We only waited 15 mins. The interior decor and waiting area was very outdated. Also the equipment they were using (although fully functional) also seemed outdated as well. The optometrist was quick and was done in less than 10 mins. Overall we had a good experience.
