First of all, let's talk about the store itself. The layout is absolutely gorgeous, it's an extremely comfortable environment with very posh vibes. The customer service is insane!! I could spend hours there just hanging out with the staff!!! There was especially this little guy they just hired who was amazing and extremely helpful!!!! I hope they keep him!!! He went out of his way to help me beyond his job description!!! (He went to get me a coffee in middle!!!) Simon is amazing he gave me a tour of the place and showed me how glasses are made!! Optical Unique is a fabulous store with an expansive selection of selective eyewear. They have name brands like Tom Ford (my personal favorite), Oliver Peoples, Ray Ban and Gucci. I’m friends with the family and they’re very down to earth people. The workers will go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase, as well as offer you alternatives if you’re not sure in your selection. I wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else for glasses. I’d definitely recommend as they have affordable options too, as well as contacts. They will make you feel at home in finding the right pair for you.

First time visit- By far the most comprehensive, educational, and overall helpful eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Kayla was thorough and insightful throughout the process. She used various state-of-the-art equipment instead of solely relying on the old school "which line of letters looks better" exam. The imaging of my eye was amazing, she was able to show me 3D images/video at the end which was super interesting. She also addressed some issues I was having with my contacts, identified the root cause, and was able to address it with my new contact prescription. The office itself is beautiful and has tons of frames to try on and choose from. I highly recommend making an appointment!

First visit was great! Five stars and I wish I could give more. Both Kayla and her assistant Ashley were so welcoming and friendly! My appointment was quick and informing but not too quick that I felt rushed. Their service was extremely personable and genuine! I’ll most definitely be returning from now on and will be referring my friends and family!

Dr Kayla and her staff are wonderful. From the moment you walk into her business you feel welcomed. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The eye exam was top notch using modern, state of the art equipment and no dilation necessary! She has a great selection of frames for small children through adults with many styles to choose from and your lenses are made in house for a super fast turn around. Thank you!

They seem very nice but they wasted my time / delayed me getting an annual eye exam by saying over the phone they accept my insurance, but when I arrive for appointment they tell me that they do not accept it
