Great selection of what I need for my dog. The team members are always highly visible and ready to assist you. Everyone is friendly and speaks to you the moment that you hit the door. The store is clean and well stocked. They also keep the outside of the store clean which is a big plus for me. No one wants to walk over other messes from pets. Always a pleasant experience at this location.

Can’t complain, the staff was polite and spoke proper English. They were also very helpful. There was no annoying mumble rap playing over the speakers so that was an added benefit. No one is perfect so I don’t give 5 stars unless something is really exceptional about the place. Thumbs up recommended would pet supply again.

This is my second time trying their grooming. NOT SATISFIED!!! I guess the groomers are not experienced because it's always some issue. The first time I just wanted my dog teeth cleaned or brushed with nail trim and a haircut. Not a good experience. Her teeth was not brushed, I could see the filth still on them not to mention the doggy breathe and her nails were still scratching me. They claimed she wouldn't let them do a good job. Well it's been over a year and I decided to try them again. I took her back for the full spa treatment and left a picture for them on how to trim her coat. Well when I picked her up she was shaved and they claimed they couldn't do a great job cuz she had anxiety. Even the shave was lousey. The cashier asked if I wanted to tip the groomer, He'll naw!!! I have been a patient of Dr Franey for over a decade. She is extremely professional but also personable. She takes the time to make sure that all of my vision needs are met. I was initially her patient when she worked in Solon but now I make the trek to her current location because she is excellent.

I went there many years ago, and remember if being a good place. I returned in January 2021, and was completely satisfied. The doctor is kind and empathetic. His staff is professional. My glasses were perfect the first time. Overall, it was a smooth and painless process.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and all around a great doctor. Office staff is equally great, too!

I've been going to Dr. Perko for about 30 years, since he first started as an optometrist. He is caring, thorough and very knowledgeable. Everyone who works in his office is great, too. I enjoy my yearly visits.

Got my eye exam here yesterday. It was quick and to the point. Everyone around was super sweet and helpful will come back again next year c:
