Customers Services Queens and Manhattan are really annoying. They answer the phone like you were a person begging for service. They are rude and careless, these two women might be very tired from their jobs, there are a lot of people willing and able to work. I don’t even give a try, key for business success is a good customer service representation! learn from it.

Dr. Park and his entire office are the best! Everyone is so nice and professional. I love how Dr. Park takes the time to explain everything. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

Dr. Park did a very thorough exam. And because do that he found out that my vision went down. I’m so happy because I can see much clearer and my new glasses are not as thick as my old ones!

I stopped by Cohen's at the Rego Park location to get new lenses for my glasses. The manager, Nurka, was super attentive and helped me find exactly what I needed. They even offered a great price that fit my budget. Highly satisfied with my experience.

I had an amazing experience at this store! The staff were so helpful when I had something in my eye and got me seen to right away. The store is beautiful and calming, it felt like a spa ! The glasses selection was incredible too. I left feeling so happy and positive - what a great day ! Thank you to everyone who made my visit wonderful!

I have been coming here for nearly 20 years. As someone who can be indecisive and has a hard time picking out glasses, Davidoff optical has been an absolute treasure. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind and most importantly, patient. There’s no pressure to purchase anything. I love the honesty of the sales people, primarily Larisa, who always provides amazing feedback. The owner is a true gem who really cares about his customers. There may be 1 million other opticals that have popped up in the neighborhood, but you won’t find another that is as caring, genuine, and truly values their customers as Davidoff optical does.
