I had an incredible experience at this office, despite the wait being slightly longer than anticipated. However, when you have the opportunity to see such exceptional doctors and are welcomed by a friendly staff, particularly Jelsy and Sarah, who were delightful and extremely helpful at the front desk, it's difficult not to feel pleased and content. The overall atmosphere was so positive and welcoming that it overshadowed any inconvenience caused by the wait. 10/10 Very happy with my visit.

It took an hour to complete two simple 5 minute tests in the test room due to lack of staff. Aside from that, I love our doctors, Dr. Su and Dr. Shimada ! They have an amazing charisma to engage patients, especially young kids !

I will not be going back to this store for services; I have been going to this store for 5 years, since they were in 71st Avenue. The doctor is excellent, he did a thorough job. The $90.00 plastic frame is very cheap and fragile. In addition, when I picked up my glasses I was told no cases. They give me the glass in a cardboard pouch; cheap, cheap cheap...how frugal can you be, should I have paid with monopoly money? I will not be going back here and I know a lot of my friends who I recommended to this store. I will make sure they do not go back to this cardboard pouch store as well.

Friendly staff and great selections of glasses frames. I have been visiting this store for many years. I feel very comfortable during my eye exams probably because the Optometrist are so friendly there. The staff behind the counter are nice as well and they understand the type of frames I was looking for.

I want to start by saying that the doctor on staff is wonderful. However, some of the business practices up front are dishonest or malicious. I was overcharged beyond my copay and was given a list of reasons including the astigmatism one that another reviewer also received. When I called VSP, they confirmed that this was not true and my maximum out-of-pocket was exceeded. They did eventually offer to refund the difference but would not have if not confronted. Contact lenses are charged at a crazy mark up as well. I’ll continue to go here for the doctor’s service but I don’t know if I can recommend the store.

Amazing staff and a very highly qualified Dr. The Dr. Showed extreme patience with my 9 year old and answered all of our questions and concerns. If I can give 10 stars I would!!! The staff is highly experienced, the office is clean and the equipment up to date and advance. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs vision aid.

As a brand new patient my experience was great. My appointment was for 6pm - mentioning that because everyone was super nice and courteous I didn’t feel rushed or like I was impeding them from leaving. Dr. Isakova was so thorough, knowledgeable, explained things well and on top of it all was so personable. Overall a really good experience at what will now be my go to for eye care.

Everyone here was so amazingly helpful! My daughter broke her glasses and she hysterical that we wouldn’t be able to replace them. Anixa was amazing. She was very relaxed and reordered her frames right away. I never felt rushed she made me relax instantly. My daughter was so excited to finally have her glasses back! Would def recommend.

I’ve been going to Sterling for years and I’m always pleased with my purchase. Dr. D is so kind, my kids had a great experience. Anixa has been working with us for years and always makes sure we receive the maximum benefit my plan has to offer. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival to Sterling Optical I was met with big smiles and a welcoming feeling. Dr. D took me right away and I had a great experience with my eye exam. Afterwards Anixa helped me find the perfect glasses for me and even gave me multiple options to chose from. In the end she helped me find the glasses I love. Definitely coming back every year because I know I will have a wonderful experience with my appointment and if I need new glasses. 10/10 recommend.
