this is a very bad store the owner is a thief and once he have your money forget it, came to this store and buy a Gucci Sunglasses and is was expensive them break down on me I'll never come again, bad people...

Great services! I like their selections too. I got a pair of beautiful glasses there! It looks awesome on me!

The staff here is very kind and treats everyone very respectfully. The boss is a very nice gentleman. They are also very good neighbors. Every time I have any issues with me or my family's glasses, he always helps me out. I definitely recommend this place.

Process was courteous and efficient. Very little wait time between processes. Each tech and doctor explaining what was going to happen and how everything works so there were no surprises.

Vision in my right eye blurred on a Sunday and after a Monday visit to my ophthalmologist, he referred me to Vitreoretinal Consultants. I was fortunate enough to have an appointment with Dr. Lin at their Flushing location on Wednesday morning. The staff was very attentive and upon seeing Dr. Lin, he concurred with my doctor's assessment, identified 2 retinal tears, and treated them during the appointment. Dr. Lin was professional, and explained all aspects of the visit and the laser treatment. He also explained the follow up care.

Dr. Yuan is one of the best doctors I've had - incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful in his explanations. He made me feel very comfortable and took his time teaching me how to use soft contact lenses. He is also bilingual (speaks English and Mandarin)!

I walked in for an annual eye exam and all the staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Yuan! He was very informative, making sure to explain the purpose of every procedure, and very patient in answering all the questions I had. At no point did l ever feel like it was rushed. Overall one of the best bedside manners I've experienced and I will definitely be back for future exams!

I’ve been coming here for my routine checkups/dry eyes and I have only good things to say. Everyone at this office is friendly and Dr. Yuan is always thorough, no matter how busy he is. If you suffer from dry eyes like me, ask him about punctal plugs - they are a game changer.

Extremely bad experience there. First off they had me wait 1 and half hour. Appoinywas at 9am but the doctor didn't see me until 11am. When I did see the doctor she verbally assaulted me for forgetting my prescription. I was not told to bring my prescription in even though they should know what they prescribed me in their records. They talk to you like you like you are beneath them and do not show empathy or thought for patient care. DO NOT GO THERE if you care about you well being.

Very knowledgeable doctor that explains everything in detail. My mom had cataract surgery done to both of her eyes and she was 20/20 the next day!!! Explained about the special lenses and we opted for it because it is my mother, afterall. Excellent service at the front desk and the wait was worth it!!!
