Took my wild 2 1/2 year old to Dr Gelfond for the first time today for a 3rd opinion. I am so glad my motherly instinct told me to go because she is absolutely wonderful. She took her time to answer all of mine and my husband’s questions and she gave me thorough answers. As very worried parents, she helped make us feel more comfortable with my son’s diagnosis and we didn’t feel any pressure from her (as I had experienced with Dr opinion #2) she had so many toys and books for my son to play with during the visit which helped to keep him occupied while we discussed our options for our situation. The office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating very nice and friendly. The girl who took pictures of my sons eyes was very sweet and patient! Filling out the paperwork online saved us a lot of time. We barely even waited at all. Dr Gelfond helped me tremendously in terms of accepting my sons diagnosis. We left there smiling when just a week ago, I left another office in tears! We are so grateful.

I saw Dr. Rudnik and Dr. Gelfond last week with my son, they both gave such a thorough exam. Best place to bring children. They took their time with him and really had so much patience. Will definitely be back.

Dr. Gelfond is wonderful as is her staff. Very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. Took me in on a Saturday as an emergency. Very grateful for her care and accurate diagnosis

I had an excellent experience with James at The Vision Gallery today. Service was amazing. I was in and out quickly and all my needs were attended to professionally and amicably. Pricing was extremely affordable. I don't normally write reviews but I felt he'd earned it. 5/5 Stars. Highly recommend.

Update: I think this doctor doesn’t need any work or want any new patients. I call up and they didn’t even try to assist me with my eye injury. The office stated that this ophthalmologist only treats the back of the eye. So beware, you call them and they immediately do not want to help you. At first they said my insurance is not accepted, after contacting my insurance company for nearby “ EYE doctors” guess who’s on the list. I call them back but still no help. Big time wasters ! I can imagine how poorly they perform when they actually do book appointments. DO NOT CALL THEM!

The absolute worst experience I had as a first time patient ! Unprofessional and unwelcoming from the beginning. I would not recommend this place at all. O.D. Roman Polishchuk - your bed side manner is deplorable ! The only respectful staff member there was Latin receptionist at the front desk.

Great doctor and staff!

I have been going there for the past few years. Very nice doctors and staff. When I injured my eye, they were kind enough to squeeze me in for an appointment on the same day. The wait time to be seen by the doctor is very short.
