Intimate Experience with knowledgeable professionals.

I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes before I was taken to have my eyes tested. The doctor was friendly, informative, explaining what is needed to be done to help correct my eyesight. The office directly set up appointments for the next 5 visits, including the surgeries, according to the doctor's recommendations. The office staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Wait times are fairly minimal. The staff is pleasant. Dr ZELDES is knowledgeable and spends ample time to answer questions. I like that there is now an optometrist in addition to Dr ZELDES and both see the patient. I would have given 5 stars if there was a larger selection of frames, especially more interesting, contemporary ones.

I see Dr. Bloch and he’s amazing! He always has time to listen to you, very throughly checks your eyes and he’s funny. Great ladies at the desk! Happy to have found him and his continued care!

My experience with this office was outstanding. The appointment ran on schedule and my tests were performed in a systematic, prompt manner. All technical staff was highly skilled. I saw Dr Grosinger and was impressed by his analysis of issues impacting my vision and his recommended next steps. Highly professional!

A couple of days ago my eye suddenly became inflamed. The next day the situation worsened and I decided to consult my doctor, Dr. Gray, who has been treating me and all my relatives for many years. I admit, I didn’t have an appointment, but I still decided to go, because it was dangerous to wait for many days. To my joy, all the employees, from the front desk to Dr. Gray himself, responded to my request to accept me with such attention and desire to help, for which I am infinitely grateful to them all. These are people with a kind heart and soul and I wish them all to live happily ever after! My eye is getting better!

I have been a patient of Dr. Grosinger for many years. I had Lasik surgery so long ago, and many checkups since. He and his staff are always caring, knowledgeable and I feel like I’m in good hands!!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The doctor did have quite a bit of trouble operating one of the exam machines - had to start over a few times. Not a huge deal but it had to be the machine that blew air into my eye. Always my least favorite part of my eye exam but she was apologetic and we can’t always control technology. The General Manager was also nice. Seemed to want me to get exactly what I wanted instead of pressure me into higher priced glasses like other companies do. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would certainly recommend.

My experience was wonderful. The optometrist was knowledgeable and kind. I worked hand in hand with Candace who knew her stuff and was very helpful professional and kind. I will definitely come back to this location with any optical needs.

The people was very friendly, it wasn't a wait time. The Eye doctor was excellent. The sales person was beautiful as well. They knew the style of the frame of the classes they knew the inches. That you need when you put your glasses on clean, friendly. Not busy I will Refer someone to that lenscrafter. And thank you for your time and your patience that you show me.
