If i could give a negative stars i would. To preface i had no clue where it was located and if i did i wouldn't have even wasted my time. Found them early Sunday morning and sent an appt request for 11 am so by 9:30 once i didn't hear back i called to see when they would be accepting appts and that's when she told me she approved it for 11:45 fine. I arrived at 11:25 the ladies were welcoming and checked me in and dilated my eyes. 11:45 comes around and dr all isn't there but i heard one of the ladies tell someone over the phone that "he usually arrives at 11:30" ... fast forward to about 12:20 and he still hadn't arrived and myself and another patient says something that's when one of the ladies says "he's walking in now and he was here earlier but there was something wrong with the water so he had to go home and get ready"... he walks in finally after that and he didn't even say hi or was apologetic to the room full of patients, he just walked pass like we didn't exist. Now it's my turn finally, he didn't greet me or nothing he just told me to sit on the chair. He didn't give me any did definitive answer on whether i needed glasses or not but instead told me "only if it's bothering you". I had already decided that i won't be purchasing any glasses from them so i asked if i would be getting a prescription and this man shrugged his shoulder and said "the girls upfront will take care of that, i don't do administrative work"...im but in all my years i thought that the dr was supposed to write the prescriptions for the patients and not his office staff, but i guess i was wrong.i paid my $40 and left and i will never ever be back. This man has a gross arrogant attitude and I'm shocked he's been in business this long and one part that upset me even more is that he allowed his staff and her child to constantly walk back and forth in the office area where he was with the patients without saying a thing to them. Very unprofessional and i will be reporting him for the prescription thing because that illegal and he knows it

So excited! I have worn glasses for almost my entire life. So it’s familiar the test for how blind I am. This office is more high tech. The test was the easiest and least anxiety ridden than any test I’ve had before. Comparing the clarity of dots, instead of feeling like I’m failing the test will the blurry letters. I am so happy and excited!

I have been to my share of optometrists around south Florida in my thirty years here. I can say with great confidence this office operates well above regional standards. Excellent, New equipment super communication, flexible, fair priced even. Bright interior with a cool street view, I am so glad I found them through our provider. Dr. Jacobs has a personal approach and warm conversational way about him. First he helped our son with a special type of contact lenses that will keep his eyes from deteriorating further - worn at night so he can play and swim during the day with perfect vision! My wife and I have the best prescriptions and eyewear we've ever had! Life is good with this special spot! Thank you Team Jacobs, you are raising the bar in South Florida with your service and delivery!

DR JON JACOBS, Optometrist 2419 E Commercial Blvd, 100 Vision Source Of East Broward Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, United States Our family were patients of Jon Jacobs for very many years. When our son graduated college his desire was to have Lasik surgery. We went to Dr. Jacobs office to start the procedure. Coincidentally he was a financial partner in the Lasik Center that performs the surgery in their outpatient center. As weeks dragged on, Dr. Jacobs said his eyes were not ready for surgery and said it could have been because our son didn’t wash his contacts or hands! Every week he repeated his approval process. Finally he gave his OK to go ahead with the surgery. Dr. S. Braverman was the surgeon and initially it was looking good. Then inexplicably his vision sharply worsened. After consulting with physicians from Bascom Palmer Eye Hospital the diagnosis was clear….our son had a predisposition to an eye condition that made his cornea surface irregular. In order to see properly your cornea must be flat. His was getting worse as time went by. He is now legally blind without his custom contacts. He became chronically depressed and eventually attempted suicide. We curse you every day for allowing his surgery when weeks of testing came back with negative results. Poor Dr. Braverman,, the surgeon who went ahead on JON JACOBS say so. A young, brilliant life ruined from this!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pam for about five years now and she is incredibly thorough and her office is wonderfully competent and efficient. They make the appointments easy, are very accommodating and I trust them fully with my eye health. I recommend their office to all my friends and colleagues in south Florida and am grateful for their service.

Dr. Cheryl is the best!!!. I moved away from Lauderdale a few years back and I now drive nearly 2 hours each way to come see Dr. Cheryl and keep her as my eye doctor. That tells you all that you need to know. She’s worth it! I trust her 100%. We also brought our 1 year old son for his first eye exam this year and she is also incredible with children. I highly recommend Dr. Cheryl and Envision.

Wonderful, professional and always caring! Highly recommended! I've been a patient of Dr Marc Gannon for about 30 years and have always been well taken care of by him, Josh and everyone else at the Low Vision Institute through the years. They have treated me like family and, had I not recently moved out of state, I would have continued to use their services ongoing. I've referred several people to Dr Gannon - including my own mother - and hold him and all the staff in the highest regard. Your eyes are in good hands at Low Vision Institute!

Dr. Gannon was professional, personable, and willing to explain and answer any questions we had. We have seen numerous doctors over the years and Dr.Gannon was the first to fully understand and address our concerns for our daughter’s Oculocutaneous albinism. He made it possible for her to have a window into what it would be like to see almost 20/20 instead of 20/200 with special devices. Dr Gannon was patient with our teenager and made the visit a very positive one. We are thankful to now have him as our low vision specialist!

Dr. Gannon gave my son his freedom back! Not only was he thorough, he was attentive, kind and considerate as well! He was able to assess my sons condition and respond accordingly. My son has seen several eye specialists and not a single one could assist him in any way. Thank you so very much, truly you have profoundly changed my sons life!

Friendly and courteous staff. Clean and up to date facilities. Nice selection of frames. Knowledgeable employees. Thorough with my annual eye exam, but at the same time didn't keep me waiting. Including new patient paperwork, I was in and out in an hour.
Every Review metters. See what people say about clinics.
