Been seeing Dr. Shoji over 30 yesterday. Best and most thorough eye exams. She quickly caught an eye issue I had and referred me out for cross linking. I was back at their office again today. Office staff has changed and improved fromma few years ago. Had 5 star service from exam to glasses fitting

I've been coming here for contacts for several years and the staff is always very friendly. Dr. Munoz is a great doctor. I just don't' like the wait. Always an hour or more.

Dr Chen is very knowledgeable and puts the needs of his patients first. I avoided the bigger “mills” in town in favor of Dr Chen and his office’s more personal 1:1 care and was not disappointed. I always feel like my questions are answered and I’m never rushed through my appointments. Highly recommended!

I bought glasses waited 2 months no refund or glasses very disappointing

Timely, professional, understanding and careful staff! The only reason for 4 stars is due to the Retinal Imagine Machine which has worked both times I requested it but is always reportedly or obviously buggy/not operating consistently. Sounds like software from the manufacture is the issue. The doctor is very professional, honest, and doesn't push glasses, he mentioned all was good with a slight negative focus within a reasonable range to not require glasses unless I notice trouble reading text in books/screens. Other eye doctor's I have been to love handing out eyeglass perscriptions like Internal Medicine Doctors handout antibiotics as a catch all, these folks at Clarkson Eye Care in Beckett Ridge are not like that at all. Even the receptionist staff is always friendly, I recommend them to everyone I know who mentions needing an eye exam.

I have been in contact lenses for well over four decades and since I was 11 years old. I am very difficult to fit with challenging criteria to obtain good vision with comfortable lenses. I have been using an optometrist in Texas because I have had quite a bit of difficulty finding a good optometrist in Hampton Roads who is also in-network with my vision insurance carrier. However, my search is over. Dr. Dragon and his staff are highly competent and an overall pleasure to work with. Not only is Dr. Dragon very pleasant to work with, but he is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of option to benefit those with difficult vision needs. In addition, both his nursing staff and office staff have been an outstanding team with which to work. Most understand that you can have a good physician, but we know how the staff can ruin the experience. However, with Southern Eye Care, this is not the case. I am extremely satisfied with the care I have received through Dr. Dragon and his team, and I highly recommend them!

Russ’s s optical is wonderful, Highly recommended, they can make the lenses on site. Russ and his staff are so kind and attentive and do everything they can to make your glasses/contacts work the best for you.

Great place to get a exam aswell as you’re frames, The staff and Doctor are very professional, I specifically want to comment Lis who helped me pick my frames. Will definitely come back here.
