Was fortunate today to be treated by Dr Wong . He is a outstanding, skilled physician. But more important, he is a fine human being. It was so refreshing to meet a Doctor who cares about you and that your not just another patient. On another note the staff in the office were fantastic as well. I highly recommend the Sarasota Retina office for your care. Thank you Dr Wong.

Dr Halvey is my glasses and eye inspection dr. We met when I cold called and wrote to him to ask why I was seeing something he said was likely Migraine visions. I worried it was a flash back or something, but it turned out Dr H. was right. I have since seen and trusted Dr Halvey with my most prized sense, my vision, for over a decade. He was my cataract lens replacement Dr. He is my corrective glasses Dr. He looks for return of cataracts, glaucoma and diabetic problems. He has great 'bedside' manor and knows I am super sensitive and squeamish of anything getting close to my eye ball when he takes the inner pressure readings. If I didn't have him as my guy, I'd seek him out. I trust him to do right by my vision. 5 stars again.

Dr. Hegleh and his staff ARE Patient Care Oriented. They listen and respond with Interest, Solution and Kindness. During scheduled appointment time, Dr. Hegleh is focused on Patients Eye Issues and Problems. He Answers questions with attention to Detail, Solution and Recommendation. Recommend Dr. Hegleh and his Eye Care Office for Your Eye Care.

When I arrived I was treated with kindness and professionalism I was petrified because I need cataract surgery. And I let it go way too long the staff was kind help me with all my needs answered all my questions took me back where I would then was greeted by James who did all my testing explained everything in detail to me and made me feel 100% comfortable to have the surgery now then I met Dr Sosha, He is wonderful I can't wait to get the surgery done so I can see again I'm not afraid one bit I promise you I'm not afraid. Dr. Soscia is an exemplary eye surgeon who is highly skilled in the operating or examination room, always pleasant, ensures he answers all your questions, is clear in his instructions and thorough in his examinations. In addition, he has an unbelievably friendly and competent staff of team members who excel at addressing all your medical needs and making you feel comfortable whether you are in the examination room or on all the operating table.

Dr. Friedman is a consummate professional. He knows his profession. He can make decisions on your behalf correctly in seconds and act on them. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for eye surgery. He removed my cataract and replaced it with a custom J&J Technis Synergy interocular lens, did a laser procedure on my cornea, and now I see better than when I was in my 20s. I chose the Platinum package and I could not be happier. Money well spent. I have not used glasses, (other than sun glasses) since my surgery. The team that supports him is very professional, and gave me excellent care. I would also like to thank Dr. Rubin in Venice. Excellent follow up an your staff is well trained and very professional. Dr. Friedman saw me and I was very confused. The appointment was more like I went to see if I needed glasses than the infection on my eyes. In addition to acting like an optometrist, he suggested that I have to see a specialist🤔I wonder. Isn't he the specialist? I asked to see a specialist. so neither a few drops of antibiotic nor specialist. Days after only saw was the payment receipt in my mailbox.🤔🤨

One of the worst Dr experiences ever! He is arrogant and zero bedside manner. Treated me like a lower class citizen. I will never return or recommend this doctor or facility!

Spectacle Gallery is definitely the place to go if you want personal, one-on-one service! We booked appointments with Joel (who's an Optician) and he not only sat down and listened to us but also picked out great frames we might never have considered. They also have a variety of sunglass tinting and even a portable lens option that snaps onto your real glasses. All in all, a VERY positive experience! Thanks Joel.
