Just left my first visit with King Family Eye Care and couldn't be more pleased with them. I did all registration online beforehand and walked right in to get started, no wait! Dr. Cropper was super friendly and thorough with explaining everything to me, and the eye exam itself was a breeze! Kelly helped me with getting everything I needed with my glasses. She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Kelly! Overall it was the best experience I've had for an eye exam, and I will definitely be back!

My grandmother had the best experience. She was nervous at first and everyone through the entire process made her more and more comfortable. She says she would rate the care and experience 100,000 stars. You definitely don’t have to worry about your loved ones in this care facility. So patient and kind!

Dr. Feng Was very professional? Ive enjoyed meeting her. Her staff is wonderful. I only have one problem that I didn't like. The idea I was in there 3 hours, I understand that They take their time with their patience. They want to make sure that you get the best of care.

I loved Dr. Feng. She is soft-spoken and gentle and wonderful with someone like me who hates anyone going near my eyes!!!! I saw her in Wethersfield; the staff there was friendly and informative. I have already switched to this provider/office. Jan Nicholson APRN

Dr. Fedus was attentive, thorough, professional and kind. My contacts have been bothering me for awhile and I needed a stronger prescription. Dr. Fedus was able to tell me my one eye improved and my other eye worsened a bit. My new contacts are wonderful. She told me my glasses were fine for now but I ended up purchasing a brand new pair of glasses and a year supply of contacts. Ben the assistant manager was friendly, took his time and helped me look for the perfect frame. I will be recommending Target Optical in New Britain to everyone.

The doctor 20 minutes late and the front desk person was totally set up to fail. He needed help at the front desk and had to turn away tons of customers. I honestly almost walked out three times but I didn’t want the nice man who was helping me to lose my sale. I will say a lot of what we had to do after my appointment to buy my glasses could have been done while I was waiting for the doctor to show up. All in all this was my 3rd time there and I did buy glasses but I’ll be switching to a different place next time. Please get the nice guy at the front desk some support he was great but was set up to fail.

I really enjoyed the experience. The eye exam was throughout and comfortable. Mary was nice and explained everything well. The selection of glasses was great and Carolina’s help was great. She has a lovely personality.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Asmus and I'm very impressed with my visit with her. She is very thorough and took the time with me. No feeling rushed at all. Her examination was a bit different from what I've had and she explained to me any concerns I had. I would recommend her .

I'm a new patient with Dr. Asmus. I feel very comfortable with her and I feel that she has been very good at addressing my health issues and I would recommend her. All the staff in that office are very pleasant and helpful.

This is truly a first-rate, professional office, from the warm and welcoming receptionist, to the knowledgable and thorough doctors and their assistants, to the resourceful optician who is committed to helping you choose just the right frames. I couldn't have had a better experience. Rob Kyff
