The office is clean and not cramped, and the bathroom is clean Excellent staff. The staff is friendly, and courteous. The wait time is not extensive. Each area of service provides the same consideration and patient interaction along with knowledgeable and friendly patient care. Dr. Holland is professional, knowledgeable. friendly and very concerned about each individual patient’s care and progress. I feel more that the care I receive is not just as part of a process in a doctor’s visit, but more as part of the purpose of a dedicated, medical professional who has chosen to ensure that he does all within his power to sustain the quality of life for anyone that he can by helping them maintain or improve their vision or prevent them from having a loss or decline. Thank you Dr. Holland and staff.

All the staff was wonderful- Daniel was awesome with my IV, Dave put me to sleep, and of course Dr Haynes was awesome as usual- with his professionalism and experience. The other 2 nurses were awesome too- forgot their names! Even the business office was wonderful. Will definitely use this office again!

Second time to have Rx filled here. Was satisfied with the 2nd pair free offer the first time. New prescription 2 years later and got the same deal. 2 pairs - both progressive, 1 sunglasses for what less than what the some of the online places are charging for a single pair. Excellent service, the standard lenses were ready in under an hour while I had a coffee at the Sbux next door.

Don't get Oakley glass - Warranty is not covered if the temple is broken within 3 months. Service is very poor

I wish not to be writing this review. I have had a worst experience. Product is very expensive. Glasses were not adjusted and crooked, lenses are not good quality, nose pads are the cheapest and different lengths. Must know what you're getting and ask for it, than you're not liked because you are knowledgeable. Takes long to get it done. Don't trust. Sales lady is sweet but technician abviosly don't care for people. I'm very disappointed.

I don't recommend this clinic for the following four reasons: First, the clinic is short of new and fine medical devices and equipment. Second, the service attitude of staff there is inhospitable. Third, the service quality is not very good. Last but the most important, they refuse to improve because they delete or hide any real comments on their service.

I recently went to Carlmont Optometry to get a vision checkup for myself and my kids. Dr. Wong and her staff are kind and patient. Dr. Wong is extremely thorough with her assessment, and she really cares about the well-being of her patients.

I gave 2 stars because I don’t know how the actual doctor is and they may be great. I will also say the staff I have talked to are very friendly. Here’s where I have the problem. I have waited 2 months to get into see someone anywhere because of eye problems I need to get checked on but also I am out of contacts and need glasses as well. Anyway, I had another appointment with another place on the 11th but I got in touch with here and could get in today so I cancelled the other. Walmart DID try to call to “confirm my appointment.” The voicemail literally says, “please call this number to confirm your appointment and avoid a no show fee.” Yesterday was a holiday so I called them this morning to confirm and ask a question. They just informed me after they told me the other day they take my insurance now they don’t. Now I have cancelled another appointment and can’t get in to see someone when I need to go before next week (because I won’t be in town next week possibly). Now I don’t know what to do. Yes I will admit I hung up abruptly but I was trying to not get upset as I have been waiting to see somewhere a while and have cancelled the other one. This should have been know and I understand mistakes are made. I make them a lot but it should be honored after this was already made and I should have been seen. I feel like this should’ve been made right after I was told something else.

Very efficient and thorough eye exams, friendly, answered all my questions, and took the time to get my prescription right. Decent selection of frames. Prices for glasses seem high, but I've only compared to Zenni online, which is very cheap.
