I had a wonderful experience at this Pearle Vision! The testing was done efficiently and the staff was very helpful and I could tell that they cared about my well-being. In particular, one of the staff members, Trish McCarthy, was very helpful in helping me find my old prescirption records.

This is the best eye doctor I have ever been to! I have been seeing Dr. Pick for around 3 years and every time he is so kind and efficient, I never feel rushed and he listens to all my crazy complaints about my eyes. The office staff is always lovely, making the overall experience great. I used to order my contacts other places but Tracy was so kind today and price matched another retailer so I wouldn’t have to deal with them. If I could give 10/5 stars I would.

Dr. Pick and all the staff at the Pearle Vision Center at Scottsdale and Shea are very professional and knowledgable. Dr Pick is very patient, compassionate and makes the examination very comfortable. He did an amazing job at explaining my medical condition, and he also did a great job in doing refractions for myself and my wife. The facility also has a great selection of frames, and the optician did a great job in fitting our progressive lenses. By the way….prices are very fair. Highly recommend this team! I see that there are some negative reviews in here, but I have no idea how that could happen. Our lenses came in earlier than expected, and we were sent emails when they had arrived.

Recognized w/a friendly greeting upon arrival. No wait time and general atmosphere was relaxed and hospitable. The Technician and Dr were thorough regarding their assessment and answered all questions in a friendly and professional manner. Never did I feel pressured or guilted into any test prescribed outside my insurance. Explained the value and benefits of each test, which I appreciated. I plan to go back and suggest that you give them a try. 😊

This was my first visit to this office and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dale did a great job of getting me prepared for my exam with Dr Keding. Both Dale and Dr. Keding made me feel comfortable and I was confident that I was being well taken care of. After my exam came the part of selecting new glasses. Connor was extremely helpful in helping me select frames and lenses that were best suited for me. A huge thanks to all. It was a great experience!

Outstanding eyecare, the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. The doctors, assistants and retail staff are remarkable. Fine selection of glasses, and lenses are the very best quality.
