Best eye appointment I’ve ever had! And I have been wearing glasses since I was seven years old. I’ve never had an eye doctor help me select frames! I wound up with the most flattering glasses ever and ones I probably would not have picked up on my own. Also, she is beautiful and funny and I really enjoyed the entire experience. My sister is in like that if there’s no clue has seen her for years and now I get why she encouraged me to go to Dr. Lasee over and over.

Dr. Wong is super knowledgeable and a great doctor. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr.Bob and his staff are great they treat me like a vip every time I come in. I had issues with my eye and dr.bob took me into surgery and healed the problem. Since then I am sold on their loving and caring services. Their doors are always open to me and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend him and his staff

Fantastic technician that measured my eyes for my first pair of glasses. Her name is Shoshone. She was so empathetic and patient. Wonderful person.

The service was not bad but I was unsatisfied with my glasses. My insurance covered the cost of the lens thinning yet when I received my glasses they were still very thick which I do not like (I have the exact same glasses as before and they are perfect). When I called to the store they told me it would cost me an additional $100-200 to make them thinner. The glasses are also very strong and give me a headache if worn for too long. I also noticed they charged me $30 for a protection plan I did not ask for b/c the last time I had it my glasses had broke and nothing was done to fix them. They gave me a card for an eyeglass repair store. I also asked the worker over the phone about the $30 charge and she had said it was my charge for the thinning (keep in mind the bill says my insurance cover the full cost of the thinning)

No customer service skills at all. Upon arrival of my glasses when I went to pick them up then just handed the compact to me and said here you go. First time in my life that they don't sit with you to make sure they are ok or if they need an adjustment. Ask if I can read with them ok. I wouldn't go there again. I paid for them it was not free.

2.years in row my 6 year old son doctor whoever messed up his script..luckily my mom has worked in the field so she knew something wasn't right both times I went down to tell them they kept telling me they are fine. Even after my son told me he couldn't see out of them my mom had go there and throw a fit . I will be going to different location

Has been a good experience so far still have one more eye. First visit a lot of hurry up and wait, but once you're called back things move quickly. People are very nice love my doctors. Looking forward to finishing up the process.
