It was a pleasant experience. They were able to handle many patients in an efficient manner. There was a waiting period, however, I was anticipating that as they have many patients. The young lady who performed all the preliminary procedures prior to my seeing Dr. Bradford was especially nice, understanding and professional. It was obvious that she was well prepared to perform the procedures.

Rude experience. I was on the phone for 30 minute on hold. When I hung up and called back she immediately helped me. Towards the end when trying to secure my appointment I had a couching fit and couldn’t physically speak for about 20 second. Got enough air to tell her hold on one second and continued coughing for about 20 more seconds. Once I could finally get a good breath in she hung up. Been there before. The appointments are fine but that charge more than the other Walmart 10 minutes away in range line and I’ve never seen a customer service rep be this impatient.

I would give zero stars if possible. Good luck dealing with RUDE associates here. Too bad because the doctor is AMAZING.

Used this vision center in the past with no issues. New manager rude, sarcastic, not knowledgeable and very SCATTERED. Will not be back! Too many vision centers around town for this behavior.

We switched my mother to Dr. Carter after having an unpleasant experience with another doctor. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Carter. He and his staff are kind, caring and very patient with my elderly mother. Every visit has been top notch. Highly recommend!

Dr. Carter is awesome. My first visit and laser treatment were on an emergency basis. Dr. Carter and his staff were very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. All my questions and concerns were answered and addressed.

The very first visit with Dr. Sean Carter was wonderful! He was patient, he listen and answered each question where no matter how minor! The answers were in layman terms so I could understand. He put my fears to rest. Thank you Dr. Carter

Dr. Ray, listen very attentiontively to my problem. He and his staff are very patient. My insurance left me to pay $120 for my eye prescription. His nurse gave me samples to cover me the entire duration of my prescription. Thanks, Dr. Courtney R and nursing staff.

An absolutely terrible experience. My wife desperately needed a new contact lens, and went for her appointment. After her vision had been assessed, the new contact lens was apparently ordered. They could not give either a price or delivery time - but we were desperate as we had a vacation coming. We never heard from the clinic, so my wife made repeated calls to get a status. She was always told it was ordered and on the way. After 5 weeks of waiting - she went to the clinic to learn that the contact had never even been ordered - and that MBD&V could not even get that contact. So now we start the process all over AT ANY PLACE ELSE. S. Wilson
