Great visit! My daughter and I had our first exams as new clients at Garden City EyeCare, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Comfortable office, easy parking. Thorough exam with great communication from techs and provider. Opticians even fixed up my old glasses while I wait for new lenses, really appreciate everyone's thoughtfulness. Highly recommend!

They are the absolute best. Outstanding service. Friendly, knowledgeable...truly care about their patients. I had an eye emergency...they took me right in. Dr. Martinez is such a good guy and great doctor. So grateful for them

This place is wonderful. Doctors are caring and take their time with every patient. Reception is top notch with everyone being very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have an issue or emergency they will do their to get you in as soon as possible. Looking for glasses you have also come to the right place. Give them a try you won’t be sorry.

Rude and Very UNWELCOMING customer service - they don't care if there are other people around they speak very loud and make it known which customers they do not like or are having problems with. Very close in area and unprofessional workers. Would not recommend.

I’ve been coming to this doctor for years and while I remember always having to wait after my appt time. The last two times I have been here have been ridiculous. I had an appt last week and walked into a waiting room of 8-10 people and I sat and waited a full hour after my appt time and not one person who was in front me had gone in to see the doctor. There was even 2 people SLEEPING in the waiting room. So I told the receptionist I was not waiting any longer because it was ridiculous. She rescheduled my appt and I requested an early morning appt to avoid this and here I am AGAIN waiting. My appt was at 9 am I’ve been sitting in an empty exam room for 30 mins and nothing. Mind you I was the first and only patient here waiting and I’m STILL waiting.

Glad he retired....I had cataract surgery in both eyes...did a good job with actual surgery but put the wrong strength new lens in my left eye and was very flippant about it.... Probably getting ready to retire and was trying to get things done quickly??

Went for an annual visit.. Nurse measured my eye wrong, and had to be corrected by this doctor after I mention to him that the readings don't seem right, because I can see very well with my old glasses, but the reading was changed drastically. I ended up getting a more apt reading at LensCrafters because my glasses that I got from LensCrafters with Dr.Fargnoli's prescription seemed somewhat off too. LensCrafters doctor was more knowledgeable about an eye problem I talked to him about and gave me a good reading of my eye. To top this, this office forgot to send my referral notice to the respective health insurance provider and I get a bill to pay when it is all supposed to be covered as part of my insurance with me only paying copay

Excellent customer service. Hadn't been here since the days when Ralph Lonardo operated the store. Greeted by the new staff and treated promptly and very fairly.
