All my kids go here. I wouldn’t want to choose anywhere else. Dr Bonnie is not corporatized and is a very small business. Please stop visiting chains and support this office. They’ll treat you like family. Carol is the office assistant and is awesome. They’re both always very personable and are patient with the kids. They had some unique frames. We choose some that were handmade in the USA

Dr.Bonnie is an excellent doctor. She takes her time and will look into everything/your condition like she should. You don’t see care like this nowadays.

I had visited the store without an appointment. I was able to have an eye exam on the same day. Every step of the process was easy and friendly. I was assisted by Michael, who helped me choose the right frames for me. He took the time with me and made me feel like he cared about something I would wear daily. He showed me different styles. He even told me what my insurance would cover to assist me in the cost. I received excellent customer service from the moment I walked in to the moment I left from everyone working there.

Best experience at an Optometrist! Hadleigh at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Dr. Douglas Emslie kept me entertained throughout the exam and took his time to answer all my questions. Glad I found a great new optometrist, highly recommend!!

Sherry provided excellent and fast service replacing my broken frames. They were not in stock but she ordered new ones on the spot and they showed up ahead of schedule . Can't thank her enough for being so helpful.

Today was the day I decided to find a new eye doctor. Refocus in langhorne used to be close to where I live and even now is only 15 minutes away but they have made it a habit to close the office on days I have appointments, with no prior notification. After receiving the usual appointment reminders, I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and the door was locked, lights off. I called to confirm from the parking lot and the operator confirmed after a bit of research, that they had indeed closed for the day. It was not her fault, but she did apologize. I just won’t go back.

The front desk girl was so friendly and caring! Brooke is wonderful! I love Dr Soll. I just felt super rushed by him the past 2 times. Like he doesn't spend the time with me he used too. I donk think he was running behind or I didn't see anyone else waiting in the waiting room. He literally spend like maybe maybe 60 seconds and the rest was on computer. Just kinda bothered me.

I really don’t like to visit doctor’s office including eye doc and dentist. But this place makes it at least bearable. Nice clean place and docs with good bedside manner. Recommend highly.

Just purchased 2 pair of glasses Great experience . Easy and in and out no pushy salesman. Keven was a really easygoing man to deal with. I highly recommend lens crafters! Jerry G
