This office is a joke. Doctor may be fine but I'll never know because it took calling 5 different numbers to finally speak to someone. Nobody calls you back when you leave a voicemail and when you finally call for the 10th time you get told it take 2-3 weeks to "process the referral" and 4-6 weeks to get an appointment. My son can hardly see due to badly plugged tear ducts. We've exhausted all other options at the pediatrician and optometrist and can't possible wait. The staff doesn't care and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I shouldn't have to fight to receive care.

After years of eye therapy, we sought out another opinion for my daughter's "turning" eyes. Dr. Weaver restored her depth perception and her confidence. His medical expertise and experience are second to none in our region and likely the nation.

After dealing with double vision for many years and finally reaching the point that prism prescriptions no longer worked, I was referred to Dr Weaver. He performed surgery and my vision issue has been resolved. He explained the procedure thoroughly and allayed all my fears. I know he specializes in pediatrics, but as a 60 year old woman, I will be forever grateful for his skill and expertise.

I stopped it to have my glasses fixed as the clear cord had broken and the lense would not stay in place. it was fixed in just a few minutes and they refused payment. Wonderful people, great location.

This is the first time I was asked to pay $50 upfront for the doctor to write a prescription if I thought I would need new glasses. I thought it was inclusive with the in the exam

Dr. Hatch diagnosed a detached retina and arranged surgery that day at Billings Clinic. He also performed two cataract surgeries on me. He and his staff were always professional, friendly and efficient.

If you are having problems with field of vision due to droopy eyelids, go to a qualified eye surgeon, NOT a plastic surgeon. Dr. hatch really helped me. I have a great field of vision now, it doesn't hurt to wear my glasses, I can wear my contact lenses, and so much more, I don't have as much pressure on my eyes, every problem I had was fixed and I owe it to this Doctor.
