He was very attentive, understanding and patient. He made me feel comfortable. He listened to me and answered all my questions.

Today was the 2nd time I’ve seen Dr Hein and I am very happy with the thoroughness of his exam and our conversation about my current vision as well as a glimpse into what is possible ahead. He asks for and allows time for my questions so I left with an excellent overview of current & future vision needs. I’m very pleased to have an excellent doctor and professional office so near my home too!

My wife and I have used Arthur Williams for about eight years and have been very satisfied. I needed a new prescription several months ago. I have a somewhat difficult prescription and was having a new problem with my correction. I was interested in trying an aspheric lens design, since I had read that it could provide a better correction in some cases. Debbie suggested that I try Hoya aspheric lenses. They are expensive, but she believes they are among the highest quality lenses available, and probably not offered by the chain optical stores. I got the Hoya lenses, and they are indeed dramatically better than any lenses I have ever had. For example, I had been using two pairs of glasses—one progressive pair for general use and a different progressive pair for computer use. With the Hoya aspheric progressive lenses, I can see both the computer screen and distance well, eliminating the need for computer glasses. This is an example of the knowledgable advice one can get from a good, independent optician.

The staff at Arthur Williams are the best opticians in the Twin Cities. They are very friendly and accommodating. What makes them shine, however, is that they are highly knowledgeable about all things eye glasses. For example, their ability to give useful and well-informed feedback on eyeglass frames shows a deep expertise in this important subject. You can count on them to give style, comfort and technical guidance, as well as an excellent selection of frames. We've been going to them for almost 10 years and they have always amazed us with their service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I arrived 10 min before my 10am appointment to make sure that I had time to fill out any paperwork but I was not called back for my appointment until 10:45am. That to me is a bit beyond my tolerance. If I had shown up 45 min late I would have had to reschedule. It is frustrating that it is not a 2 way street.

LOVE this clinic! Been taking one of my children here for their annual eye exams for several years. Discovered my youngest needed glasses this year and brought her in. Not only was the Dr great- patient and thorough, but Joe was amazing in rush ordering her new glasses And a special case (he totally read her personality to a T), so she could have them before school starts. Their customer service is top notch and their prices are great. It's nice to go to a place that cares about their clients.

Eyes All Over is an incredible local business with amazing customer service, excellent medical care, and such a fun and supportive shopping experience. This is my go-to eye exam and glasses shop, even when I'm living in other parts of the country. Dr. Moua was excellent in answering my questions thoroughly and giving me helpful information and options based on my aging eyes. The team always makes this a fun experience. Today Joe, who absolutely has a heart for every single patient and client, was so encouraging on finding the exact right pair of glasses. Cody as well took a lot of time giving me advice on skin tone and colors of glasses as well as fit. Overall this team has years of experience in the industry and such huge hearts for the business. They make taking care of your eyes a worthwhile and meaningful experience. Cannot recommend Eyes All Over and these wonderful humans more.
