Professional. Dr. Gemayel takes time with each patient. First time visit.

I had to take my Mom there when she was having problems with her eye. The doctors and staff here are fantastic. The waiting times for both the initial and follow up visits were minimal (and I love them for that). My only complaint about this place is that they don't have wfi in the waiting room but that's pretty minimal.

I love dr. Tewari and his staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful and they all create a pleasant atmosphere. I feel like they really care about me and dr. Tewari does everything he can to help my eyes. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The owner of this place was helpful the moment I entered the store. He assisted me in with my script and with all my questions regarding my glasses. Also, the place was very well oriented and clean and the owner was very welcoming.

The best optical in the area. Nobody can match the lens quality here, Ive been bringing all my frames for fittings for years. They provide high index 1.74 at the best rates, anti glare, and best of all they dont damage any of my frames. 10/10 business and service.

I'm not sure if there was a change in staffing since April of 2020, but I used to love coming here and now find myself avoiding it unless necessary. Dr Hakim is an amazing doctor, but his staff is very inappropriate and downright rude at times. I've been trying to order contacts for two days, and the optometrist has been awful. She hung up on me today because she had "Five customers waiting and didn't have time for my order." This was after I had called this morning and left a message because she was unavailable. As I type this, I've been on hold for over ten minutes. Ideally I would be able to get my prescriptions so I could at least go somewhere else, but it looks like I'll just find somewhere else and get a new exam and start from square 1.

Such a sweet man, gave me a great deal on tep pairs of glasses and contacts, stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I didn't go a day without my glasses! You don't find people like him anymore. I will continue to come here and will recommend him to all family and friends.

A very professional Dr Sharif Ahmad and his friendly team. Made thorough investigation and gave useful advice that helped me eased my discomfort

There was small series of exams of my eyes and each examiner explained and showed results of what was going on high definition pictures of the infection or disease in my eye, and explained recommended. Treatment process was very comforting.
