Very quick and thorough. Everyone there was helpful and kind. The doctor was informative, and knowledgeable. It was a great overall experience. I only didn't give 5 stars because it was on the pricey side (but so is everything else in Wayne), but you get what you pay for. Professional business, will be back for my exams and contacts.

I've got to say, getting LASIK at Siepser was a game-changer. I was super nervous before, but it didn't hurt at all, just felt a bit weird pressure for a sec. The staff and the Dr. Siepser were awesome, they explained everything that was going on, which really helped me calm my nerves. My eyesight is now even better than 20/20, which is pretty cool, I love waking up without having to put on my lenses! Totally would tell anyone thinking about LASIK to go for it here.

The experience I had from Dr. Siepser and his staff was stellar from top to bottom. I recently received lasik and it is the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Siepser and the entire staff made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and explained everything that was going to happen. Surgery was very quick and painless and Dr. Siepser made sure I felt comfortable by chatting with me and asking me how I was doing throughout the entire procedure. Going into my consultation I was a bit nervous but as soon as I left the appointment, I felt a lot better as I knew I was going to be in great hands. I want to thank Dr. Siepser and his wonderful staff for making the process so easy. I highly highly recommend Siepser eye care and encourage anyone thinking about lasik to give them a visit, you will be happy you did. I wish I had decided to see them sooner, the difference in my vision is truly amazing.

My changing eyesight and the types of glasses I select have increasingly led to difficulties with prescriptions and comfort, so I need knowledgeable, attentive, and patient opticians. I found that person in Vince, who was willing to return my lenses to the lab twice to improve the quality of my vision. I was wearing the third iteration of the glasses for about a week when Vince took the initiative to call me to ask about my vision with the reworked lenses. This epitomized how much Vince cares about people and his craft. The Wayne Vision website says that Vince's "expertise in frame selection, adjustments, fittings, and repairs has created many loyal customers", and I now count myself among these customers.

Last week I have met Vince Brown the owner of Wayne Vision in his store. He was kind enough to help me with my purchase and explain, why the lenses of SHAMIR Autograph Intelligence are the best chose for my new progressive prescription. Today, I received my glasses and can say - the clarity of my vision never been better before! I'm glad that I have trusted Vince and his advise for the SHAMIR lenses and I'm very happy and satisfied with my choice! I highly recommend this store to everyone. Thanks again, Vince!

Dr. Schultz is the best! She is very patient and calm and she explains things to you. She was great with me when I had problems with my contacts. I probably wasn’t the easiest person to work with when I had issues with my contacts, but Dr. Schultz was so great throughout all my issues. She was absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for an eye doctor in this area, please go here! The office staff is nice and pleasant also!
