The glaucoma care I recieve from Teresa C Chen is incredible. She is very thorough, professional, and she's just a really nice person. I consider myself very fortunate to have her and MEE attend my eye care.

It doesn't get any better than this: a world class doctor with friendly staff who make the whole visit a pleasant experience.

First, Dr. Teresa Chen is a lovely person, kind and caring while very professional. She always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. I know that I am in good hands. It is obvious that she is highly intelligent and skillful. I am so thankful to be one of her patients.

They have no e-mail address, and no way to contact them through the BIDMC patient portal. They never answer phone calls, unless you can wait for AT LEAST ONE HOUR. Even then, they often hang on you. Unless you go IN PERSON, it is impossible to book an appointment or change an appointment. This is extremely bad and unreliable.

ONE HOUR ON THE PHONE, and I can't cancel the appointment. What your line is for? Having a coffee all day?

The Best!!!! If you have eyeballs - you need to go here. The Doctors are amazing, thoughtful, kind, and really take their time with your care. Then, if you're lucky enough to need glasses, Michele will patiently guide you through the amazing wall of options and help you narrow it down to the perfect pair. Looking for something professional and clean? They've got it. Looking for funky and fresh? It's there. I have brought my whole family to Eye Level and we all have the perfect specs and contacts four or prescriptions and personalities. I can not recommend Eye Level enough!! Great care, awesome frames, OUTSTANDING customer service (you're working directly with the owners)!

Dr. Amanda Turcotte was probably the best optometrist I have ever seen. She was so knowledgeable and used the latest technology to assess my eye health. I came in for a general check up and for a consultation on Lasik surgery. She answered all of my questions and covered all of the pros and cons, and I ultimately decided against it. I did not feel pressured to make any decision either way and felt confident that I made the right choice. Overall, very professional and friendly.
