I been Going there for A couple of years now. Dr .Jeff and his staff is Awesome. Every Visit I go I feel extra Special! It’s the Southern Hospitality I Guess❤️😍😂 U get treated like Family. U Just feel so welcomed . Dr.Jeff makes his patients feel good even the kids. He talks to them kids and everything. He not a bored Doctor. I can't express how wonderful this place is. My cat Chez had persistent eye issues since I adopted him. We went to several vets, but the treatments were only temporary fixes. Doctor DaCosta gave us a clear diagnosis, and Chez has significantly improved since starting treatment here. Dr. DaCosta always returns my calls promptly when I have questions. It's rare to find such a fantastic veterinarian and a supportive staff. Thank you so so much for always taking the best care of my Chezzy!!!

Dr. Mooney is excellent . I was referred to her by my local vet after my Axel was treated there for 1 month with no sign of eye injury getting better. Dr. Mooney is very thorough & has it going on. Axels' eye injury was severe but I can now see the healing process. Hopefully it will heal completely & doesn't affect his vision. Been putty 5 different drops in his eyes starting at 6 x's per day now down to 4 x's per day. Will be back for f/u visit in 2 weeks to see Dr. Mooney . Great staff & very kind & helpful in the clinic & very efficient 💖

The “appointments” they set are not real appointments. If you have an appointment set at 10 for example, you show up and it’s basically a 2-3 window where you wait and the doctor MIGHT see you. Literally had to leave before I saw my doctor cause they made me wait for an hour and a half and I had a meeting. The staff acts like your presence is an inconvenience. F-.

Called 25 times to get a response the first time, just to ask if I could get an appointment to get my prescription checked. Was told I’d receive a call back within 30 minutes, had heard nothing back over a day later. Called another 10 times … More
