My husband and I both had an appointment and they were able to take us both at the same time and in the same room. Doctor Martin was very tentative, professional, and thorough throughout our appointment. We will definitely be back to see him and continue to speak highly of him!

I had a great experience with all the staff in Adam C. Martin's office. They attended to me promptly with courtesy. I will recommend him to anyone.

This visit was a significant improvement over previous ones . We were served by Lori Clopton , Certified Optician . I believe that Lori sensed that we were a bit skittish due to previous visits to eye glass vendors . She patiently listened to our shopping history and the results thereof . She answered our questions , exhibiting considerable knowledge gained from her years of experience . She guided us through the ordering process making sure that our order would be proper for the given eye condition/s . Lori promised to be there when we return by an arranged appointment and that she would assist us in receiving and testing the new glasses . Now , of course , we have to wait for the visit to claim the new pair and then be able to review that event . But we could not give Lori any higher Mark's on the first visit . Such an improvement over previous experiences !

Ochsner Vision Center in Baton Rouge is great - Andy & Kerry are both awesome and a huge help. Kerry spent hours with me when I picked out my prescription glasses and Andy was so helpful in getting me the sunglasses I wanted. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend them to everyone!

Dr lefluer was thorough and kind as was his tech. And Lori the optician really went above and beyond to make my experience personal . Highly recommend them . Will definitely be back . Even just to have a chat with the amazing Lori!

Custom Eyes Vision Center has a wonderful Dr., with great employees. Dr. Durlacher cares about her patients and their needs. I've had the opportunity of experiencing several years of their services. Never, have I been disappointed. They are the absolute best! Everyone who knows me, knows that Custom Eyes is my "only" recommended choice for eye care services.

I found Custom Eyes to be extremely professional as well as personable. I got my eye wear in a timely manner and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my visit. I would highly recommend Custom Eyeware to anyone in need of that service.

I had a great experience at Custom Eyes. The receptionist is kind and had a very bubbly and welcoming spirit. My exam was through and it didn’t take long. I would recommend this office to others!

I had an appointment with Hang Tseng at Vision 4 Less in Baton Rouge Seigen location today 9/6/23, and she was BEYOND rude and unprofessional. I have NEVER had this type of experience with a “Medical Professional”. There was a problem with my insurance & she became agitated that I was on the phone trying to sort it out & when I told her I would just pay out of pocket, she became even more rude and said “well I can’t do the exam if you’re going to be on your phone & interrupting…” at that point, I told her I would just leave and she said ok good. As I was walking out, she rudely stated and I quote: “We called you yesterday, next time answer your phone.” Very unprofessional.

I wish that I could leave a -0 stars. I brought my child here to get a yearly eye exam and upon entering the office I was greeted very rudely by the actual optometrist who would be working with my son. It was very apparent she was having a bad day. She rudely slammed my insurance card and driver’s license down on the counter when I told her we’d like to leave because she was so hostile. After I told her we would be reporting our experience she responded “go ahead and report it I don’t care!” Then proceeded to slam the reception desk window. I see why she said she doesn’t care, the company is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau which explains a lot about our experience here Please save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere! The optometrist here is not professional at all.

I love Dr Tseng and she is amazing with kids! Staff has always been friendly when we have been there.
