Ive been enjoying Costco optical services for years but decided today was the day I should share that opinion. Their personnel are always attentive and helpful but today Rommel went above and beyond when I called in to order a box of contacts. I was confused over right and left eye prescriptions so he walked over to the optometrist and got a confirmation of the records. He resolved my issue and saved me a trip. Great, caring service- why I’m a loyal customer!!

First time visiting here and they were great. Quick appointment, friendly greeting and interaction with all the ladies at the front desk. They had a great deal for glasses and when I went to pickup my order they were helpful and made sure everything fit and was clean for me. Appreciate the great customer service! I plan on coming here anytime I need new glasses!

I have been going to this office for several years now. Every time I am there, they take great care of me & my eyes. They have excellent technology that allows for them to test the health of the eye. I recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor!

Ebony is so helpful and informative. She has great customer service skills. She anticipates needs and sets expectations. She also goes out her way. I love the atmosphere and I love doctors. I feel like they care and they take the time to explain in a way that I can understand. I will keep coming as long as you guys are here. Ebony was really a miracle worker for me today when I came in with my son’s broken glasses.

Called for an eye exam appointment my mother referred me dr Vaughn was her optometrist for years until she passed in 2021. Sadly the woman answering the phone refused to make me an appt stating that my health insurance needs to verified. Although she had not asked my name etc she refused me an appt I am fully covered and agreed to 40$ appt co pay. So ridiculous and wrong. Dr Vaughn my mother loved you Sadly I can't get an appt

I felt very comfortable in the place, well organized, the employees treated me well, as did the doctor who answered my questions and explained my vision problems in detail and how to solve them.

What a great experience at Optical Outlets! Efficient, kind and helpful all around. Good to meet Dr. Reed who was very helpful and kind. And Gracie?! Don't get me started! lol She demonstrated all around customer care. She got busy and saved my husband and I so much money! Thank you so very much!

I absolutely love this place. I live in Silicon Valley & I do not have optical insurance. This location takes care of all of my needs. I get my name brand sunglasses & name brand prescription glasses here everytime! They have such a great selection of frames! If you want a pair of sexy frames for any and every occasion, you have to visit Prime Optical.

My son did'nt even needed glasses, but they gave him a pair anyways and charged my insurance $600. Then when I requested they give him a lower prescription because he never worn glasses before they refused. Never again

There is no other place to find an exclusive designer eyewear, reliable service and great customer service . I highly recommend this fabulous eyeglass boutique.
