Dr. Kurup and his team have made a stressful medical journey so much better for me. My eye issue has caused be a lot of anxiety because of the uncertainty of the progression of my disease, but Dr. Kurup is great about keeping me updated, explaining options for moving forward, and adjusting my treatment plan to address ongoing issues and other life plans. More than anything, it feels like Dr. Kurup and his staff (shout out to Laura and Kevin) really care about their patients. They understand the stress and are so thoughtful and kind. Laura even offered to hold my hand the first few times I needed an eye injection until I wasn't as scared about them. I feel so lucky to have landed with such an incredible doctor and staff.

At visit doctor did testing Doctor was arrogant, degrading, and rude. Doctor said conditioner was not urgent. This was a misdiagnosis. I had to have emergen surgery at another hospital two days later

Dr. Srivastava explained every part of the process including what to feel or expect. He made me feel very much at ease.

Dr. Srivastava is a top notch physician. He's a very skilled, knowledgable doctor with the most upbeat, positive personality out there. He helped restore my vision and for that I will always be grateful. His staff is amazing too! See him!

What a nice shop! He repaired my old eyeglasses--I don't think anyone else in Cleveland does repairs anymore. The shop is old-fashioned and lovely. There are books and puzzles for children and a comfortable sitting area. The shop is from an older time. Just being there is a wonderful experience. I am sure he would be excellent with children. He is a very kind and a gentle man. I am so glad I found him and that I could get my frames repaired.

The only optometrist I trust with my eyes. Dr. Titus is the best. They're always pleasant and timely, and everything you need is in one place.

Great staff! Very helpful and friendly. Been with Dr. Savitt for years and never had a problem!
