Every time I've gone in here the staff seem stoned. They don't really respond to you, are incredibly slow, and can't ever seem to find anything.

The staff is friendly and helpful, I've been bringing my daughter here for the past 4 years. My only suggestions would be a a wider selections of glasses and also not to leave people on hold for so long. I called and was put on hold no one came back to the phone. I called back and the same thing.

Nice staff, nice place, knowledgeable doctors. Got my favorite pair of glasses here and was able to change the lenses several years later.

Went there for the first time ten years ago, loved the knowledgeable, patient service the team provided. Went 3 years later when a soccer ball hit me and broke my glasses, and got a fast, efficient and sympathetic replacement. I went there last week needing glasses following cataract surgery that would be covered by Medicare, and Rudy told me what percent medicare would cover on the lenses and frames, and said he'd work with me to keep costs as low as possible. It's reassuring to know I can depend on Rudy and his team for consistently trustworthy service!!

My husband and I were looking for an ophthalmologist that was opened on Memorial Day and just happened to find Dr. Ma. We took a chance going to her and we are so glad we did! The staff is very courteous and office is very clean and well-equipped. Dr. Ma is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. My husband has already made a follow-up appointment to see her. Highly highly recommended!

They're not clear explaining things. I got tinted glasses and prescription glasses in one when I thought I was getting 2 pairs. Also they get messed up with your insurance and delay in getting you glasses. Not a nice wide selection of frames to choose from either. Don't bother going here, it's more trouble than it's worth.

A very nice office that helped me out when I needed it fast. Had an issue with my eye and they managed to see me with my busy schedule, and got me out at the time promised with a solution. Very timely office, pleasant staff, and excellent doctor. I love the aesthetic of the office l as well.

Very clean and welcoming location. Decent selection of glasses. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Everyone there was super helpful, as it was my first time here. I absolutely loved Dr. Wu. He was kind and explained everything thoroughly to myself and my husband. Highly recommend!
