Insanely long wait. Horrible front desk. Looks at your insurance card and don’t ask for the copay, just sends it in a bill later, since they are lazy and can’t press a few buttons on a computer. So I paid the bill in person, and now, two months later, they sent me the same bill! I have the receipt cause I expected that from this office. I called billing and they said they did not send them the confirmation so I have to call them to ask them to send it. And of course, they did not answer the phone. What a surprise. This place is a joke. Be like me and keep your receipts if you go here :) cause they will try and scam you out of more money.

There should be an option for no stars because this office must be ran by the worst office manager possible. We came for an appointment at 8:40, it is now 11:27am and we are still here. The office is way over crowded, the patients are being bounced around from person to person within the office, hardly nowhere to sit & many people standing & standing outside. Seriously, doctor, if you’re seeing this, charging as many insurances isn’t everything, you must up hold an office where patients keep coming back to you. This is just ridiculous. The front desk Indian receptionist has by far the worst bedside manner when dealing with patients. This office really needs to do better.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! IT IS NOT THAT SERIOUS, YOU CAN FIND OFFICES WHICH KNOW HOW TO MANAGE APPOINTMENTS EFFICIENTLY!!

Doctor Mason is an amazing doctor. Yes the wait is long but it’s worth it.

Dr. Cooney is truly exceptional, both in terms of his medical expertise and as a human. He consistently and methodically provides treatment towards a clinical goal and then carves out time to educate and listen to the patient—-a rare skill-set these days. His thoughtfulness, playfulness, empathy, and innate mission to connect, when placed on top of his expertise, makes him the unicorn that the healthcare system desperately needs more of.

Dr. Cooney is a known master doctor, with such a human touch. I don't think I've ever felt more at ease with a doctor, than with him. Already looking forward to next year's annual!

The medical staff is good, but unfortunately wait times are the worst I've ever experienced. I had to wait 1 h 40 minutes to be seen for my follow up appointment. I think this is extremely disrespectful to patients and it is likely that the staff needs to learn how to manage their time better. Won't be coming back since the time waste is too much for me.

Very customer service oriented! I brought a set of frames by this office because a lens had popped out and I could not get it back in myself. Dahlia's fixed my frames at no charge and fit me in for an eye exam on the MLK holiday.
There is a good selection of frames, lens types, and contacts and the prices are better than lenscrafters. I will be going to Dahlia's for all of my vision needs from now on!

Very professional. Friendly, honest and listens to you. I have been seeing him for my eyesight annual checkup and glasses prescriptions for more than 20 years. I highly recommend him.
