Dr Marr is patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I had to bring my two months old with me for my appointment. Everybody at the office is very nice about it. I’ve been going to insight vision for couple years and will come back here for my appointment next year.

The staff here is very helpful and professional to meet all our vision needs. Dr. Marr is great at provide care for the exam and addressing my dry eye issues. Lindsey is great at looking into our vision benefits and helping us maximize the benefits. Overall, they have been great for years of services that we have been there.

Dr Luebbe did a great job with my eye exam and the front didn't hesitate to place my lenses in frames I brought in from elsewhere. They handled my insurance with no issues. I believe it was two weeks to get them made. I'm a new glasses wearer and so far it's been fantastic.

I was thoroughly screwed over. I bought glasses last year and wasn’t informed at the time that things changed with insurance. I wasn’t offered warranty protection - which I would have gladly purchased. Now I’ve got scratched up lenses that I’ll have to replace - which I’ll be doing elsewhere.

Had the worst experience today. Front staff were relatively welcoming, but the lady who took me back to run testing was absolutely horrible. She tried to bully me into dilation and shamed me after saying no, thank you THREE times. Then we got into a sort of awkward, angry stare-off competition. Plus, she smelled of Camel cigarettes and regret. I obviously left and never got to see the doctor. Word of advice, dont smoke before meeting with a patient, its disgusting. 0/10.

Alex Lapina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about glasses. He helped me out choosing the best style glasses and frame. Very professional pleasant person, great customer relation skills. He went above and beyond to help me with my glasses. Also at this location has great eye doctor. From now on I will only go to Target optical. Thank you.

The whole team was awesome! Dr. Pak was kind and helpful, and did a great job with my exam. The other team members were fun and helpful too, and clearly work well together. I had good conversations with Jessica and Alex. Definitely recommending this location to others!

Alex is fabulous!!! He's always concerned about customer satisfaction. Jackie and Dr. Pak are why I continue to come to Target Optical!!!

I had such a great experience at the Round Lake location of Accuvision. Rick was just wonderful! He was VERY patient with me and ultimately helped me to choose a frame. Also, I was having an issue with one of the pairs of glasses that I purchased and when I came back, Rick solved my problem immediately. He was able to get me into another pair of glasses that worked well for me. And he even went to the manager to refund the difference between the 2 pairs of glasses. I have been going to this location for several years now, and ultimately, I will keep going back because Rick is patient, kind, helpful and very professional too. Plus Dr. Kwon is also very kind, patient, & thorough during his exam. I am very confident in the whole team that they have assembled. Most of their employees have been there for around 15 years and do a great job of serving the community! This was definitely a 5 star ⭐️ experience! I highly recommend going to this Accuvision location!

Great doctors and staff! Friendly, helpful and patient! Julie worked with me on my glasses and she's just great! A sweetheart!

Doctor was informative and thorough and the entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Glasses look nice and fit great and contacts are comfortable. Recommend this spot for excellent service
