What an amazing experience. The customer service was great and they seemed super busy. The doctor that did my eye exam was very nice. I think it was Dr. Nelson. His assistant that checked me in and did the pre-screening check was very friendly. I liked that she called me in advance of my appointment to share with me that I had some paperwork waiting to fill out that they emailed me. That would have not been completed if she didn’t make that call. Bella was my salesperson. Very low-key and not pushy at all. The way she handled things made me want to buy some kind of upgrade since I was going with the “two for $89.00” special. I got the anti-glare put on both. The whole reason I came in was because my glasses broke and I was due for a new exam anyways. Seeing how they were broken, I asked if there was any way I could get at least one of those pairs on the same day. She checked and even though it was 3:30 and they close at 6 on Saturday, they agreed to do one. What was really nice of them was that they went ahead and did both so I didn’t have to come back. The customer service here is unbelievable and I’m happy I chose them again.

Dr. Tucker was amazing! The way he explains things - learned stuff I never knew and I’m 66! He’s down to earth, friendly and super thorough! Staff in the front who do the initial screenings are also super friendly and helpful. Leah picked out a pair of frames that I never would have tried on - I loved them and they are the ones I chose! Great place and I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the slideshow and old music in the waiting area. The office was nicely decorated for Christmas and the staff were very nice and efficient. My husband received good news about his eyesight so we were happy. Dr Griffey is always nice and clear about his advice on taking care of our eyes which we really appreciate. The office is clean too.

My wife went to get her eyes checked after losing her glasses and not being able to stand it anymore. They were quick and prompt and explained everything easily! Mickey was the biggest help! She even told my wife that her eyes weren't as bad as her previous doctor had told her! Would recommend coming here!

I can’t say enough great things about this gem of an optical shop. I brought in an individual who suffers from dementia. We were both treated with the utmost respect and patience. For $25, they found frames to replace his broken ones. They worked with his vision insurances to find the best price on replacement glasses. We were able to buy two additional complete pairs of glasses, both with transition lenses, for a total of $200. These are good people who provide a great service and care about the customer. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

This place is top of the line. Dr. Nah and her team were so accommodating and helpful, even when I was not being the best patient. They worked around my schedule. I just had my procedure yesterday and I already feel like a new person!

Went with my 96 year old Mom. Staff was great. Optometrist Zachariah was great. Dr. Rosenthal was great. Treated with utmost respect, patience and kindness. And this was our first time ever visit!
