Excellent client service my daughter is happy with her new glasses excellent optometrists :)

I visited on 12/4/2023 and had a 2nd encounter with Iris, as soon as I walked in she greeted me as she did on visit on 10/2023. She went out of her way to make sure I left with the correct glasses and when I came back, I had lost my glasses and she helped me get the best pricing solution for my needs. She’s very professional and has patience. In fact this probably the best office I’ve been to

I have never been to a medical office with such an uncomfortable negative energy. First, before they even said hi, I was given a mask. Umm… hello to you to. I noticed that almost the entire staff were being followed around by extremely rude trainees, who all seemed to want to do only the bare minimum that was required of them, which included fake smiles and niceness to the patients. I observed these attitudes from the trainees towards everyone in the office, and wonder what is going on that there are so many trainees (high turnover?) and what is the deal with their attitudes?! The seasoned staff who were doing the training, seemed to be friendly and tried to be engaging though, which is the only reason I will give this place the 2 star. My hat is off to Jeffery and to the lady who operates the photography machines (the Clarus and the other high pitched machine) and administers the injections for FA (I didn’t get her name, but she was great). When in the actual exam room, the doctor’s assistant came in and began working at the computer while the doctor was with me. Then a second girl came in and just stood around. No idea who or what her deal was but her scrubs didn’t match anyone’s in the office and she was the MOST FAKE friendly I have ever had the misfortune of encountering (she walked me back to the front desk and was so phony in how she spoke). The doctor, while friendly, also seemed disinterested in getting my story (just worked off a few notes from my referring doc) or really figuring out what was going on with me. Two other eye doctors have both noticed something unusual which matched my concerns, but this ‘specialist’ shrugged her shoulders and said nothing stood out. And don’t expect this office to help you with any additional follow-up or referrals. The doc wants me to get another test, but won’t have her office tell my referring eye doc, set up a referral, set up a test anywhere, give me anyone’s name, or even write it down for me. I truly felt like my original optometrist did a better, more thorough exam and testing than this specialist. I will find a different specialist office for the future (and a re-exam) and definitely do not recommend this one to anyone.

I have never experience such an awful response to an interview. He emailed me at 6:40pm on a Thursday last minute about and Interview and I immediately replied with 2 time slots that I was available the next day even though his request was last minute. I also included more time availability for the next week with more notice. I am actively interviewing every day. He replied that because I offered 2 time slots I could fit him in last minute on a friday that he no longer wanted an interview with me. I think he thought he was more important than the already scheduled interviews I had even though he emailed me passed business hours last minute. I imagine working for Brian he would not respect your personal downtime and does not respect boundaries. If you are looking for a job expect to not have a life outside of work while having an entitled to your time boss. No thanks.

Helm Vision Group Valencia is a five star + vision office. From the lovely, professional front desk staff to, of course the assistants, optometrists, and ophthalmologists, everything is top notch. I also visited the Plum Canyon office and was equally impressed. I’m reviewing separately for that wonderful office. I am scheduled with Dr. Helm for cataract surgery soon and know I will be in very safe hands (oh, and I enjoyed his sense of humor 😀).

The Team at Classic Vision Care are very personable, professional and paid attention to my needs. Justin and John Lee were very patient and supportive during the eyewear selection process. They ensured I understood my benefits and made every effort to ensure I got the best deal possible. My overall experience was very positive one. Great job Team!

She truly cares about the patients and their vision, she provides you with such incredible service, walks you through all the tests results, answers all your questions, and makes sure you understand everything. We are so happy to have found Clarin Eye Care, but most importantly, to have Dr. Morales to take care of us. Thank you Dr. Morales for your professionalism and incredible care. The Respeto Family

Dr. Le has been my doctor for over 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and profesional. I have tried others in between but they always got my prescription wrong. Dr. Le takes the time and care to get it right. I will keep going to him for all my eye check up needs.
