On time, quick, professional and friendly service! This is the first eye doctor I've been to in years that has had any level of respect from me. I think that they're a good, clean, wonderful place to have your eyes checked. Great equipment, friendly service, and caring people that serve your needs! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Went in for a scheduled yearly eye exam. The staff was friendly, organized and professional. I got right in to be seen, the screening and exam went like clockwork. Dr Simmons went over the results and answered the questions I had. And I really appreciated Candice helping me out with my glasses.

While I was out of town in Little Rock, I had an issue with my eye that I wanted an eye doctor to look at. After calling four other eye care clinics and getting lots of excuses for not being able to see me, I tried this wonderful clinic. They very nicely told me to come right in and that they would have a doctor look at me. I arrived 20 minutes after that initial phone call, they immediately walked me to an exam room and the Doctor walked in 5 minutes later. He spent his valuable time giving my eyes a thorough exam, made recommendations, and gave me some eye drops. Then, after the exam, I filled out some paperwork. They didn’t want to take the time before the exam to do the paperwork. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable Eye Doctor!

Dr Stephanie is wonderful. I like this place, it is comfortable, clean, not crowded, nicely furnished. You get right in and get seen. The employees are all first rate, very nice and helpful. I have had two eye Dr's since I retired 21 years ago. The first one was tiny/ barebones/ family run, and went away when the dr retired. While I hope Dr Stephanie does not retire soon, I have been seeing her for the past five years, I am quite satisfied with the level of treatment I am receiving, and it is not likely to just go away

I have been a patient here at the Eye Care Clinic for more than five years. I have seen Dr. Hooper here that amount of time and he is one of the best at this clinic. Would I recommend my family and friends to him/this clinic yes I would. Thank you to everyone there that works hard at what they love.

McFarland Eye center at Baptist has the best customer service, staff and doctors in Arkansas! I was a first time patient there and was treated so well. They told me what they were doing at every step and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended

This year marked the second year as a patient at the Little Rock Eye Clinic North. The first year's visit came with a longer-than-expected wait once I took my seat in the exam room. This year, however, the swift intake and exam made me realize that the prolonged wait last year was an anomaly; I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Dr. DeClue served me well, taking time to answer my questions and explain what I needed to know. The staff was smiles all around! A great visit!

The staff is amazing. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. That is why we go back each year. Highly recommend this group.

Love the staff. Very informative. Does a great job explaining insurance coverage and explanation of benefits. Will work with my budget and still give me what I need in my glasses! Great clinic!
