Everyone seems to enjoy their job there. The reviewer below me: Scott’s wife is nonwhite. I feel there may have been other issues at play.

Scott working behind the corner was a complete bigot towards me. A white man was waiting behind me in line and he waited on this customer first even when the customer said I was here first. I proceeded to back the other customer and said, “excuse me sir I was next.” Scott ignored me completely. I said again, this time louder, “excuse me I was next in line” to which he finally responded saying “I’m sorry the doctor told me to get this patient first.” Thank God there are other optical vision centers because Costco will not be getting my business or my family or friends business. I will spread the news about Scott. If you’re black beware of Scott at the optical department. I will not spend my money with anyone with such ignorance and small mindedness.

I went in on Saturday with my husband to get him glasses. (He had already gotten the eye exam elsewhere.) The computer system was causing problems and was extremely slow. Hillary worked like a champ trying to get it all entered, and kept trying after we left. She was genuinely apologetic and so kind. She called us later and said it still wasn't working but felt sure it would be corrected by Monday. I returned on Monday and she had it all ready to go, still apologizing for the delay. She is an excellent example of grace under pressure and customer service is definitely her priority.

Overall great experience, Dayessi took care of the paperwork very quickly. Great selection or frames.

After years of going elsewhere for my glasses I decided it was time for a change. I called on a Monday evening and was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I was a new patient and it took less than 30 minutes to get in and out from the start of the paperwork to the end of the exam. Everyone was kind and professional and the prices are GREAT. My glasses and sunglasses were ready in 4 business days. I would recommend this location to anyone not happy with their current eye care provider!

Dr. Semple has been taking care of wet Macular Degeneration with a monthly injection for several years. Dr Semple always answers my guestions and is very gentle with my injection. I love his friendly caring staff that always make feel like I am part of their family. I highly recommend Premier Medical Center and Dr Semple

I have been seeing the doctors here for over 3 years. They have done miracles for me with torn retina and cataracts. Everyone I come in contact with are friendly, helpful, professional and very patient with me. And I need a lot of patience believe me! Great place from entering to leaving!

Dr. Semple and his staff were a delight to visit. Honest and to-the-point, but with care and concern. I left with full understanding of his findings during our visit. They treated me with respect and care. I have no complaints about him! However, the parking situation at that building is untenable. There are not nearly enough wheelchair accessible spots (which I, a wheelchair user, really need), let alone parking spots, and as cars have gotten wider, the spaces need to be accommodated as such. So visitor beware!

Dr Graf is amazing! He is kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and provides the highest quality healthcare! I’m so truly grateful to be in his care!

Beyond excellent care! Dr. Graf might be the most talented Ophthalmologist on the Gulf Coast. His office is often crowded, but I found the “magic” hours and moved very quickly from testing to being seen. I found him more than 15 years ago, and will stay with him until he retires!

Dr. Graf is a very good eye doctor to me he is very friendly he also takes the time at explain to you what’s going on and he welcome you with a smile handshake and how are you doing?
