The service is great here. I have been coming here for years to purchase my frames. I love the fact that there is large selection to choose from. And I am never disappointed with my choice of frames.

Dr. Ball and attending staff takes excellent care of my eye treatment. He explains well in simple terms so as I understand the terminology. Greeting to all. I seriously recommend Dr Ball to anyone who is looking for an expert in eye care. The facility is clean, well equipped and organized. Your wait time is minimal the staff is amazing and proficient. Fortunately for me all is going well. I am extremely happy. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask questions. Dr Ball is ready to allay any concerns you may have. Five starts from me!

My appointment was great. Everyone is always nice and curious. Dr. Ball nurse is always helpful. Dr Ball always dose a wonderful examination. He always talk as he doing his examination and that let's me know what's going on with my eyes. I really do like him.

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Dr. Jones dies a thorough exam. His assistant was helpful. The reason I gave it a four was because my appointment was at 2:30, but I did not called back until 3:15.

Absolutely wonderful doctor! I was so glad he was on my insurance again and I was able to return to him for my eye examination! Very professional and also very kind! Office staff were all very nice too!

I really enjoyed the customer service. The were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions with accuracy and intellectually. My first visit I received another pair for absolutely FREE. My glasses were ready in a whooping 24 minutes!!!! I encourage any one reading this to go to Eyemart they have affordable as well as designer frames.

Great experience at Eye Mart Express in Mobile. The 2 ladies who helped us were very professional and extremely helpful and kind. My husband is very I’ll and they and optometrist Dr. Franklin- made the experience good! Great personalized service, great prices and FAST- under an hour for 2 pairs of glasses. I highly recommend this business to anyone. It’s also situated in the beautiful, historical city of Mobile, Alabama- worth a visit by every snowbird stayin on the Gulf beaches. Very professional, but also personable. A situation arose with another customer and Amber, the associate helping me, tried to disfuse it while still helping me. She never seemed flustered, nor did she ignore me. I was very impressed.

Always a pleasure! Dr. Hicks and his staff are friendly, professional, and considerate of your time. I have fairly severe astigmatism and Dr. Hicks always takes the time to ensure he’s giving me the right prescription. His staff is quite helpful with making sure I’m getting the best coverage with my insurance and they happily give you copies of your prescriptions. My husband loves them too, we will be patients as long as we live in Mobile!
