I had an appointment 2 weeks ago. I called 2 days after my appointment to make a contact lens order with a request to have a question answered by Dr Lee. I had to leave a voicemail, again and again. When I finally got someone on the phone 3 days later she was completely unprofessional and had no idea how to handle my call. She said she would have a tech get with the Dr and call me back. I still have not received a call back and every time I call I get "the voicemail is full", no matter which option I choose. I have been a patient here for years and after this, I think it's time to move on.

The doctors and associates are professional yet warm and willing to answer all your questions. The nurses at the desk were friendly and helpful to me with filling out forms too! The nurses who gave me initial examinations were experienced and knowledgeable and very patient. The nurse who dilated my eyes and walked me through an eye chart reading was extremely helpful. The doctor who examined me spoke of what he was doing as he gave the exam and answered many of my questions. They all were not in a hurry or rushed me.

Dr. Boyd, Lisa, Henry and the all the staff were excellent. I've recently moved back to the area and my son recommended Eye Care Associates. I can't wait until my new glasses arrive. Dr. Boyd also followed up on my questions regarding mono vision contacts where I can see near and far. I'm looking forward to my fitting! Thank you so much!

The staff are very professional and courteous with helping clients during examination. Dr. Benjamin is an exceptional doctor who takes the time to explain procedure for your Eyewear health care. Thank you for taking the time to care for me and I look forward to next appointment.

I had to change opticians because of my insurance. I took a chance with eye care associates because they had good reviews. I was very pleased. There was not a wait. Everyone I saw was very nice and professional. I was given a very thorough exam. I was not pressured to buy glasses from them, which was appreciated. I may fill the prescription there but I wanted the opportunity to check other places first. I would definitely recommend Eye Care Associates.

Every staff member was courteous, helpful and kind. My experience was very positive. This was my first visit with Dr. Foster, and I understand now why he is highly recommended. He took plenty of time explaining my diagnosis (cataracts in both eyes), and the need for surgery, along with the various surgical options. I left the office feeling confident that I’ll be in good hands.

The Eye Center has one of the most organized procedures in processing patients I’ve experienced. Each member of their staff is highly trained. Your appointment Trent times are always kept or are early. Only complaint, one of the doctors nurses calls the patient “honey & sweetheart.” I’m sure she means it in a nice way, but it comes across a bit condescending or demeaning to me. Maybe she uses it to the senior population. I’m not her “honey or sweetheart.” I worked hard for a masters degree & would just like to be referred to as a regular person.

This center is amazing. All the staff, including the physicians are very personable kind and patient. I travel 2hrs each way to be seen by Dr. Stevens and am always happy with the profressonalism here.

I went to American Best today to pick up contacts and glasses after a long day at work and it was close to closing time for the branch. When I got in the eye clinic I was greeted by all the ladies working there, gave me a jolt of energy they helped me figure out my insurance, helped me pick out a pair glasses and ordered some contacts for me. Thank Tiffany, Kathryn and Tytiana for your help and laughs😃!

I had the best experience, with the help of (Ashia) from making it easy to fit me in ASAP to my schedule to her helping me put my eye contacts. The doctor as well was very nice and welcoming, I felt very relax and enjoyed being their. I will definitely keep going back to them.

This is by far the best eyeglasses and contacts place. They really helped me with the issue I had. They are kind, courteous and the Dr there is absolutely the very BEST EVER!! He is full of wisdom, patience and is EXTREMELY funny. He knows his job and he has fun doing it. God bless this place and I TOTALLY recommend this place to everyone. Let me make sure I mention Mr Le and the other staff they were absolutely 💯 % THE BEST EVER!! They took charge with the issue and got the job done making sure I was totally taken care of!!
