Sweet, caring personnel...Dr Smith and his staff are patient oriented....Dr Smith is an excellent physician who truly cares for his patients.

I originally had an appointment that was canceled because something happened. After some searching around the receptionist was able to find another appointment before the end of the month. I truly appreciate her diligence of getting that done for me that day over the phone. Because I was planning on canceling this insurance and getting a different one on Nov.1. I wanted to make sure my bill was paid with this insurance. My office visit was done professionally and everyone was really polite. The procedure that was done was great! I haven't had any problems since the procedure. I prefer not to leave a photo. Thank you very much!

I was very impressed with the care I received at VisionFirst from the office staff to the Dr and nurses. The exam and check up was extremely thorough and Dr Fisher spent plenty of time with me in understanding my needs and giving me options. I look forward to future care with VisionFirst.

Dr. Doss and her assistants were very helpful and friendly. Her assistant explained every step of the testing to me, which I appreciated. I am happy to trust them with my eye care.

Everyone was very friendly and answered every question I had (including questions I didn’t even know I had. Dr. Barron was very informative and open/transparent about what I needed and didn’t need. When I got fitted for glasses they explained in detail what it would cost me after insurance and even gave me excellent advice about how to maximize my benefits. Overall, a five star experience.

The staff is very polite and pleasant. I’m pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend this location. They are open later than other eye care places, also very easy to book appointments with. Great selection on frames, they also accept outside/online frames.

I needed to get a copy of my glasses prescription, & when I tell you the customer service was excellent. A Beautiful and extremely knowledgeable lady helped me name Jasmine. She was very professional ,polite and friendly ! She took care of all my needs and made me feel welcomed. I Love this location!

Dr. Wolf is the greatest. She’s very thorough and caring, when it comes to your eye exam. The eye care support staff is very friendly and always helpful. Thanks Eye Care Associates

GREAT staff from the front to the back!! The receptionist (I can’t remember her name - but she was awesome) was SO helpful to me in finding my insurance coverage, also very nice. & the tech (Kendall) was so sweet & smart! Dr. F was very receptive to all of my questions regarding my continual eye changes, & very smart & informative. & my girl who helped me choose my rx glasses & sunglasses was so sweet & helpful in helping me pick (I can’t remember her name). I would recommend them again & again!

I've been bringing a friend here for their appointments. When you're sitting in the waiting room, you can observe a lot. The nursing staff and doctors have seemed very nice. One thing I did notice...y'alls front desk could use some improvement. Please remember....technology is not second nature with the senior population. Confirmation of appointment times through text, completion of forms with a tablet and availability of results online is new and can be difficult for some. Your front desk appears to become frustrated with these folks and it's pretty obvious when she does. Please educate her and maybe remind her of this because it makes a very poor first impression for patients.
