Took me in as a walk-in for my son. Super nice staff. Worked around my schedule fantastically. A little bit of miscommunication, but 100% better then most places. I will recommend 10 out of 10. You guys are amazing! He's a happy little camper today.

I was a customer w Dr Durante at the mall for over 10 years so when his son opened an office in St Lucie West I was thrilled because it's so much closer to my home. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring and I really appreciate that. I wish people would give them a break and realize that everywhere we go teams are short handed. They are doing the best they can, like all local businesses, to handle the enormous influx of people to our area. I found them very competent and professional.

Dr. Langley is one of the best. Caring, compassionate and skilled. Before seeing Dr. Langley another doctor removed a cataract on my right eye and nine months later I suffered a detached retina that left me with very poor vision in that eye. After the retina surgery I saw Dr. Langley who carefully monitored the pressure in that eye. When my left eye needed cataract surgery I placed my trust in Dr. Langley and now I have 20-15 vision in my left eye and the pressure in both eyes is well under control. Dr. Langley is a gem. I have only the highest praise for him and his office staff.

Dr. Pizzarello was very rude & rushing us during our exam this last time we were there. He was late but as a patient, we should not be punished. We were patient & waited over an hour for him. He saw my daughter & tryed to skip me for a patient he knew. The receptionist had to tell him we were together. We won’t be back. The staff is amazing and kind. Like

Dr. Pizzarello takes his time and figures out what is needed for your eye sight. He was very nice to me and my wife during our visit. All the staff also was nice and friendly. We will defiantly return for our next eye visit.

It was the most expensive and the worst pair of glasses I bought. Yesterday as I went to order new glasses from anther Walnsrt, I was told: by the way your expensive Nikon lenses were warrantied for 1 yr and one of your lenses has the coating completely damaged. I was complaining that I did not distance see for a long while, nobody told me about the warranty on a $235 price pet 1 lens!

Liz I cannot thank you enough. Working alone with 3 customers closing in 30 min, took your time before leaving for the day to help me. Relocated to OR and needing contacts, Liz called back for fax number ready to fax eye exam info to Walmart vision center in Grants Pass OR. Really appreciate caring and going out of your way to help me. Then to do it with such he ace and kindness.

Liz the optical Technition is wonderful!! They were so busy just before closing and she stayed late helping us getting my husbands lens installed in his new frames and found my contacts!! They close at 6pm and here we r at 6:30!! She’s a dynamite employee!! Thank u Liz!!
