I'm so thankful I decided on coming here for my family and my eyeglasses. The ladies in the office are amazing, very kind and knowledgeable. The doctor as well. If your looking for optical needs this is the place to go.

Kat was wonderful in helping me out today when I came in in need of an emergency replacement for my glasses as I lost them over the weekend. Incredibly accommodating, helped me pick out a frame that matched my face and looked like a perfect fit, and was friendly the whole way through. She helped me out originally in 2019 and was a joy to talk to then, and a joy to talk to now. Outstanding worker and individual that has solidified this location as my go to for anything I need in regards to my glasses. Thank you so so much once again Kat, you're amazing!

I have been going to this location for years and the most recent doctor I've seen the last two times was amazing, she is very friendly and it's hard to be nervous about the eye exam with the way she gets you through it. Also, Kat was extremely helpful in getting me set up with my new glasses and worked toward making them as affordable as she could! It was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this VisionWorks location!

I took my mother here to pick out new glasses. Kat made it such a great experience from beginning to end. She greeted us with kindness and made us feel welcomed. She was very personable and helped us with all our concerns. She gave us different options and compared prices with insurance helped us to make the best choice for my mother. I recommend coming to this location.

I do not recommend this place. This was my first time visiting Look Optical (August 2023) The staff is nice, I was seen right at the time of my appointment, didn't have to wait long, got my exam and bought 2 pairs of glasses for a price of 1. I was thinking what a great deal I am getting. BUT, one pair was perfect, but the second pair was no good. I wasn't able to see through the right lens. Everything was blurry and the reflection from the side was in my eye constantly. I brought it back, and even though the guy at the desk is very nice, he told me there's nothing wrong with it and he can't help me. So, no, not a great deal for me after all, when 1 pair of brand new glasses was a bad product that I had to trash because I just couldn't see with it.

They increased the price of the annual check up and their frames are over prized. Being a patient for 6 years here i arrived for my appoint at 2 pm the other day and they told me to pay double.

The staff is very welcoming, kind and knowledgable! They offered to help me with my glasses even though I didn't buy them from their store. I would 100% go back to them!

The two members at this location were very helpful and polite. Really let us nerd out on frames while exams being rotated thru my two teenagers. Both of which found fave frames and cant wait to get them!! Btw natalie really spoiled us, she was the best!

This is my 1st time seeing Dr Nathan West. He is personable, knowledgeable and he listens to his patients. He made the appointment pleasant. The girl working the front desk/giving quotes has great customer service skills. She was upfront with the cost of my appointment/ contact lenses/ glasses up front and never pushed me to buy anything. I will be making this location and Dr my main ophthalmologist.

Dr West is so kind and caring. You really feel like he made sure your vision will be at its best with the prescription he gives. Front office could be better but not horrible. Will come again and so will my adult kids.

From start to finish, my cataract surgery was perfect! Dr Grin came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. From pre-surgery appts through the surgery and post—wonderful staff and no discomfort or pain at any time. I highly recommend this Dr and facility!!!
