Always the best in service and products! The “A” team Kristine and Bart delivered the best service beyond my expectations this morning Friday October 20! Simply the Best!

I highly recommend friends and family to receive care here. The providers are skilled and focused. All support staff are friendly and personable. Thank you so much Dr Oliver for your prompt action when my situation worsened.

Just the best. Efficient, knowledgeable and they explain things thoroughly so I know what’s going on. They keep me involved in my care. I have multiple health conditions, and have received a lot of health care in different environments. Not all of my experiences in other place have so good. UC Health is the best in the state for a reason. I can’t recommend them enough. Outstanding.

Update: As April 2023 the new parking garage (lot 2) in front of the cancer, inpatien pavilion is OPEN!! The new parking lot has two entrances one across the eye center and the other across the inpatient Pavillion. And there is walkway into the building on the upper floor so you don't need walk into traffic on the ground level!! Great resources. However, as it is university hospital and largest in region so there is young doctors shadowing to gain experiences which mean additional exam before the primary physician do the final assessment. Doctors are good. Demand is high so the appointment could take some time. Online check-in help speed up the check in process and recommended. The campus currently (probably till second half of 2023) under construction of new parking garage that parking is a bit of mess specially the road in front of the eye center.

NEVER TAKE YOUR LENSES TO THIS STORE! They put a major deep scratch in my glasses and refused to take responsibility for it when confronted. These people ruined my $250 lenses and would not work with us on a solution one bit. You WILL regret putting your trust in these people.

I am a retired Doctor of an eyeglass clinic, I have been coming to this location for many years. The past few years have been extremely different from all the experiences I have had in the past, I recognize a few faces there. Lizette helped me, she was kind and very knowledgeable. The manager was a complete joke. Complete joke. Whoever decides to pick the managers at this location must not really care about this location. I have seen a managers come and go but this young lady Julia should not have the key to manage a practice. Get someone good, get a real manager, I will not be coming for this reason. Not a kid who does not know how to manage

Luis was great! I was unsure about what style frames, and he knew what to pull, and they look great on me. Luis made my experience comfortable, and I will definitely be back/recommend because of his service. The doctor was great too, very nice, and knowledgeable.

I called to get more information and Joanna at the front desk was amazing! She explained everything to me about my insurance provider, what options I had for vision, and let me know that if I have any other questions I can call back. Thank you Castle Rock Eye Center! So helpful.
