Recently moved to Castle Rock and was in need of a new eye doctor. I was super timid since I had gone to the same eye doctor for 12 years but The Meadows Family Eye Care did not disappoint! Dr. Reid and her team were super kind and helped me feel very comfortable through the whole process and I got stunning glasses after my exam. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new eye doctor!

My son had a bad eye infection that wasn’t clearing with standard medication. Sarah was wonderful and got us in within an hour! Dr. Mariana did a very thorough exam and made multiple recommendations and prescribed a new eye drop. He was clear within 5 days and ready for his backpacking trip! So grateful for this amazing team!

Horrible. Came in for a lash lift and left with overprocessed, crunchy lashes. I have had lash lifts done in the past and they’ve been successful. Techs always tell me my lashes are long. Today my lashes were done wavy and crooked, over curled and crunchy, and were burned short. The tech just told me they looked bad because my lashes are short. I told herI was unsatisfied and she just left it in longer. She also got the perm solution in my eyes and my eyes burn. I was told I could not receive a refund because I used Groupon.

Dr. Zhu is an excellent surgeon. She combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. HIGHLY recommended.

Dr. Zhu is an awesome surgeon! She is also very personable and compassionate. If you have any concerns before and after surgery, she will really take the time to answer your questions.

Dr. Zhu has the best chair-side manners. She is also a very skilled surgeon. Everyone from the front desk to the counselors are so friendly too.

My overall experience with America’s Best was as easy & smooth as one would desire it to be! I was able to conveniently make my appointment for an exam online for the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted with Hellos & welcome from the whole team. The friendly receptionist on duty checked me in & encouraged me to check out some glasses while I waited to be called in. The exam itself was quick & easy & the eye specialist was also very kind which made the whole process comfortable for me. The team was in plain sight & available to answer any questions. When it came to my payment for the glasses, they had 2 pairs for $79 & I let the specialist know that I was on a bit of a budget & she guided me to what add ons (such as scratch resistant lenses & Anti-glare) would be best to have for my lifestyle. About 2 weeks later, I’ve picked up my glasses & once again they were so kind & professional. They even provided me with a 40% off one additional pair of glasses! Thank you to the whole America’s Best team for making this entire process the best!

The entire staff here is outstanding... friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment last Monday for the next day. They gave me a thorough eye exam, answered all of my questions (I had a lot), helped me pick out 2 frames after trying on 30, applied all the discounts (I didn't even have to ask!) and told me they'd call in two weeks when the glasses came in. It's been exactly one week and already my glasses are in! Michael, the Assistant Store Manager, was really great about ensuring that the glasses were clean and fit my face perfectly. I'm someone who finds fault in everything, and I have ZERO complaints about this place. Reasonable prices, outstanding service, and high quality glasses... highly recommended.
