Justin is a very knowledgeable optical employee... He was very professional and helped me with my glasses....He adjusted them so they fit perfect... Justin is the best optical employee I have ever had the pleasure of helping me...Any Optical Co. would be lucky to have him as an employee!!

Great experience in the Lake Bluff location. Solid job of reviewing my options, costs, looking up my insurance, advantages of using my Target Card, sharing timing of when my glasses will be ready and how I will know. Strong Recommendation!!!

I liked the experience I had, I found a lot of clothes and two pairs of tennis shoes that I took the same day.

Wonderful store that is always well organized and very clean. Amazing customer service. Search the mail to find and use coupons. Large selection of name brand frames at great prices. Rayban and Oakley sunglasses are available, just to name a couple. Security cameras visable. Dr. Kevin is wonderful. Glasses or contacts usually take about 2 weeks to arrive. Parking is limited because of neighboring businesses, but no ♿️ handicap parking is available near the store.

Love love love the team with Dr. Kukla! The ladies whom work here are energetic and great staff!! They provide quality care for my elderly mother and explained everything to her!! Doctor had us laughing and enjoying the vision exam!! The girls helped take care of us as soon as we showed up! The manager is wonderful really helpful and the young lady named Brisa was just so wonderful explaining everything and anything she could so my mother felt comfortable and that speaks mountains in a world where people don’t even want to do their jobs.

I spent a lot of time here when I was growing up. In my experience, they do a good job and have a decent selection of frames. Would recommend if you're looking for a solid local glasses or contacts place.

This office is set back in a lovely little area! Love the girl at the front desk. She was super helpful with picking out frames and fitting them for our little one as well as her willingness to find other frame options and ordering them if they didn't currently have something in stock. Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and is really good at explaining what is going on with your eyes. She spends the time necessary with you and doesn't make you feel rushed to move to the next patient. LOVE THIS OFFICE!!!
