I’ve been going to this Optometric Office for over 25 years, when Dr. Garza was there. I was worried about how good the next doctor and her staff would be, but they haven’t missed a beat! Same thorough excellent service and attention to me as a patient. Highly recommend if you are looking for an optometric office.

I have authorization from my insurance to make appointment with this office I called 3 times to make appointment after holding for mor then one hour, they pick up the phone and hang it up without answering this happened 3 times.

I’ve been going to this office for almost 10 years and I’ve never been more satisfied. I am so happy to work with all the doctors and staff, they are all extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and they were able to educate me and help me with all my optometry needs. I trust everybody who works there and I know that every time I need to make an appointment and to visit their office, I am always going to be treated with care. I enjoy visiting the office because it is also very clean and well kept! 10/10 recommend this place! Thank you team for the best service. Just purchased some new glasses and contacts and I’m so happy!

Front desk Team was very welcoming , walked in without an appointment, they fixed my glasses, checked my insurance and gave me an appointment on the spot to get my prescription glasess.They have great prices a large selection of glasses . Mayra was so sweet , knowledgeable and attentive. Loved my experience. Will be coming back to get my glasses soon ❤️

It's first greeted to the place. My voice was out and I got stared at like I was something wrong with you. Then after I took after I filled out the application. I was taken to the back to I. Things like the machines take Wasn't so bad there In the doctor Sonny and then i'd realize I don't have any money. So on the day that I went to go pick up. My glasses have found out how to wonder why hes so big. Did they do heads from measurements? They told me they don't these are the only glasses. Have glasses fall off? It's not worth the state's money,

Moorevisons are scammers. They claimed my wife insurance and now don't want to provide her with her glasses. They are giving her so many excuses and they are rude when asked about pending credit. Please repot to BBB this is insane.

Vision Moore are scammers. They are evicted . They claimed all the money from my insurance without me going even there.

I had a great experience at the office today. The Doctor and Staff got me in for a visit quickly. I had a contact lens fitting and my vision and RX were corrected today. I CAN SEE MUCH BETTER! Thanks so much for the great service and the quick visit today. Super effective and efficient. Great team!

I was referred to this facility from a friend who raved about their kindness and practicality. I was immediately greeted and assisted. Everyone I talked with was kind and helpful. Dr. Andy K was thorough and gentle in his voice and testing processes. A good gem in the neighborhood for eye health!

Always a quick and easy process at El Portal Optometry. I have been to two of their doctors and they both are incredible. The office personnel are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I've been wearing glasses since I was 14 so I've visited a lot of eye doctors. El Portal are by far the best and I will be long term customer for sure. I contacted EP because I had a concern about my vision. Lillian was brilliant and got me in to see the doctor the next day. Dr Andy did all the tests needed and gave me a full summary at the end. Great customer service all-round. Thanks for everything team!
