Awesome staff & great doctors

I would highly recommend coming to LensCrafters! Jocelyn was very helpful and took care of my glasses repairs! I was missing the squishy pads on my frames and she fixed them at no cost! Very nice and friendly staff! I would definitely recommend! :)

Had a great experience today with Sandra, she was super patient, helpful and informative. I had gone on Sunday for an exam and unfortunately the person who checked my insurance couldn’t find my info so I paid out of pocket for a full eye exam, luckily I called a few days later to inquire about my records and I asked another time if they accepted my insurance and Angela was able to verify and sure enough they did. I was able to get a refund/payment adjustment and use my full benefits. It took me a while to decide on a pair if glasses but Sandra allowed me the time and space to make up my mind without pressure. She also gave me quotes with their current promotions in the event that I want to take advantage. In 2 weeks my glasses will be ready and hope that everything turns out well, if anything changes I will update you all but in the meantime thank you so so much Sandra and Angela.

I got three pairs of frames their a few years back along with an eye exam. One of my frames needed some work, and they fixed them up with no questions asked. The service was excellent, warm, inviting and made me want to go out of my way to go back there. I was so happy with the service, that I bought some extra accessories for my frames, :)

At the recommendation of my friend Alyssa, I went for a routine eye exam at Modern Eyes Optometry. Setting an appointment was extremely easy, and I was able to call for an appointment the next day. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Dr. Chen was very friendly and explained the results of my eye exam to me clearly and asked if I had any questions. Afterwards Martin helped me pick out my glasses and ensured I was leaving with the best package for glasses and contacts. I will definitely return for all of my future eye needs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. For my first visit, everything was explained to me thoroughly, and they never made me feel rushed. I had a hard time picking eyeglasses, and they were super friendly throughout the whole process. They have a variety of eyeglasses and sunglasses to choose from. I’d definitely recommend this place to others.
