My name is Ms Ericka Garrett.. I am patient at this facility..This would be my second visit Glaucoma Laser.. Upon my visit I ask serval time to the tech to sanitize and clean the eye equipment.. today the machine were dusty and dirty. I reported it to Dr Moster upon my first visit. She had them to correct .The tech staff don't clean or wear gloves.. I wasn't going to risk my eye care upon this Eye center.. I am very upset.. and let the front desk staff aware of this unsanitary Eye Center...I Ericka Garrett will not be returning to this Opthalmic Center Bala Cynwyd.. And will be given notification to my Health insurance to stop payment.. Not Happy. Ms.Ericka Garrett

I have been a patient at the Bala Cynwyd office for many years. I'd like to send a big thank you to Dr. Pro for his excellent care, treatment & professionalism that I've always received in his office. I appreciate how he takes the time to really listen attentively when I have questions or concerns regarding my eyes. He's knowledgeable, friendly, caring, always has a big smile on his face when he enters the room & always professional. Dr. Pro recently performed cataract surgery on me & I am very pleased with the outcome. I would also like to extend my thank you to his awesome staff who are always pleasant, kind & helpful. I certainly would highly recommend Dr. Pro & his staff to anyone. Trust me, you couldn't be in better hands.

Miss Wanda, my mom’s eye technician/nurse this morning, was so incredibly helpful in setting her nerves at ease. Both her technical knowledge and her lovely warm personality demonstrated great care and attention to detail! Wanda outlined how to install eyedrops into the corner pocket of her eye, which is a game-changer since my mom has many eye drop medications!! Thank you for being our “Eye Angel” today, Miss Wanda!!

They sell fake designer glasses please be aware. When I called to let them know that my Tom Ford glasses weren't authentic they laughed and offered me an authenticity card like that would make a difference. I'm going to call my insurance company to file a claim and receive my money back. SMH I thought because it's located on city line that it would be creditable. HUGE MISTAKE. BE AWARE. I posted up a picture of authentic glasses on the website VS the ones they gave me. How dare they!

I have been coming to City Ave Eye Care for a little over a year now. The staff is amazing. The eye doctor spends time explaining information about your vision and eye health. The rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, truly like the glasses you pick, and are happy with all the services. Both times I have picked glasses from them, they have been the best people to work with. They also have a great selection of eyeglasses. I have issues finding frames due to my petite face with high-degree of nearsightedness (high myopia), and they have a wide range of frames for me and even have the lenses on hand to make on location. This is uncommon for me. I highly recommend this eye doctor’s office for the knowledge, friendliness, selection, and overall pleasant experience.

My experience at City Ave Eye Care was Amazing! I was greeted by Alicia when I entered the beautiful office. She is so sweet and helped me check in. She also went over my insurance coverage! Dr Allie was so kind and helped me understand the health of my eyes. She also recommended what products I should have on my lenses to help me with my astigmatism. Tasha helped me select which frame best suit me. This place is amazing! I highly recommend!

I have been a patient at Bala Eye Care for more than 3 decades, which I'm sure is quite rare in these days of the chain optical shops, and optical departments at the big box stores. There's a reason for my loyalty -- from my first visit all those years ago, I've never before experienced such a knowledgeable and caring staff! The doctors are the best in their profession, and their front office staff are always very organized and willing to go the extra mile to squeeze you in for an appointment at a time convenient for your schedule. Though I now live over an hour away, I will continue to be a patient at Bala Eye Care!

I've been a patient for awhile. I recently had an emergency and called them and they were able to see me very quickly. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the assistant who took vital information to the doctor was affable, professional, and reassuring. I would, and have, recommend this practice to others. Thanks for the great service!

Bela Eye Care is a smooth, professional operation. Easy parking and they comfortable waiting room. The Support staff is always smiling and very accommodating. Dr. Keith Mathers is a blessing to have as my ophthalmologist. My cataract procedure’s final visit shows that I have 20/20 vision and a healthy normal eye.

This location has an irreplaceable gem who goes by the name of Niq. When my family was faced with a difficult situation regarding replacement glasses for an absentminded teenager, Niq went above & beyond to help us & far exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for her, her patience, kindness & understanding. I hope corporate will see how much of an asset she is to this company & never ever let her go. Thank you so very much!!!

I ordered glasses on November 3rd. It’s December 9th and they never called to let me know they’re in. I got designer glasses so they’re expensive. A guy named Urrie answered the phone at the store and had an attitude with me. Never told me why they didn’t call to let me know they’re in. Terrible service.
