Dr. Jarrett gave me the most thorough eye exam that I have ever had. She discovered what my eye issue was after two other doctors completely missed it. It is also one of the few businesses that I have been to in months who did NOT ask for a review. Dr. Jarrett is exceptional and I will refer all of my crew to her!!

Everyone was very helpful. I had an eye exam and new glasses 3 hours from arrival to pickup. Jeffrey was a huge help picking out the right frames!

I had the displeasure of having my first appt. at this clinic and it will be my last. I was shuttled from room to room for tests by the tech that acted like a sergeant. Not one courteous word, no kindness expressed. I asked about my tests, and how I was doing. She told me it was up to the doctor to tell me. I had no explanation about what she was testing for. I was ushered into my last room and waited for almost 1/2 hour for the Dr. She came in, again no warmth, cold, cold, cold. No hows your year going, hows the weather treating you. Nothing. She was testing me. I asked her how my tests were going, pass, fail. Was told its not about passing or failing. That was it. Nothing. She called out numbers while looking in my eyes to the girls that follow them around with the computer to enter the Drs numbers. Thats so they can shuffle people thru like meat on a meat hook. they were over booked. Another patient was complaining to my husband in the waiting room .they are always over booked, they take you to a room and have no further rooms to put you in so he had to go back out to the waiting room and wait another 30 mins to get back in. She put yellow drops in my eyes when I finally got out of there the whites of my eyes were bright yellow, no one told me they would stay like that for a few hours. Didnt even know they were still yellow when I got out to my husand. As I checked out I still had no idea what they checked for. Was asked at check out if I wanted a print out of my appoinment, I told them no. For as much as these things cost the Dr owes that information to you directly. I was there 2 hours about an hour of it is waiting for the Dr to come back. No personable conversation, it was like an exams by robots. Will never go back. And promedica does not have to post to call them or they will call you, that wont happen. Fake interest or concern.

This review is focused on their phone system. IT SUCKS!! You can never get a live person!! I have called them a number of times and have left messages and have NEVER received a call back. This is VERY frustrating!! Maybe, just maybe, if enough people complain about this issue, they might do something about it but I seriously doubt it.

Dr. Huynh is the bed in Fresno. I have been wearing the same prescription glasses for the past 12 years because every time I wanted to change them, no one ever got them right. So I finally decided to go tocostco and that is how I found this exceptional doctor who got my prescription glasses right for the first time. I was so excited that I bought four pairs of them at once just in case she relocate. She is just fabulous. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of eye care. wachange them, no one ever got them

Tried to setup an appointment and the girl taking appointments was rude and condescending. I am having problems with Binocular Double Vision and she acted like I just wanted some glasses and when I said I wanted to find out what was wrong with me she copped an attitude. Wouldn't take my dog there.

After 2 visits without any improvement, I tried contacting the office no fewer than 10 times. Never had one call returned. Waiting room time can range from 30 minutes to an hour. Only sees patients at Gaylord on some Wednesdays and if you can’t make THAT Wednesday you are out of luck.
