This is an Excellent provider who took the time out to explain various things regarding the state of my eyes and the gratuitous need for astigmatism lenses which I had been prescribed by larger corporations, obviously to increase the money spent. He was efficient, professional, polite, and accepted my state insurance for the eye exam. He ordered my contacts over a holiday and was honest about the delivery time, and he managed to give me trial lenses. His reception area, while reminiscent a bit of 90s with manual book appointments and taupe filing cabinets, was extremely welcoming, clean, and has beautiful sunlight. I enjoyed my experience with him.

A few members of my family as well as myself have been going to see Dr. Kareha for over 9 years now and he has been great. He is very knowledgeable and kind and does not try to upsell you on any products or procedures that you don’t want or need. He lets you know exactly what your insurance covers for you and explains the prices of your options before you buy anything. Exams are quick and prescriptions are available in a timely manner and they always call to let you know when they are filled and when your next exam is due. I would continue going here if I was not moving soon.

Dr. Mekel gave me a thorough examination, providing explanations of each step of the exam. Both he and his assistant were polite and friendly. The office staff was very professional as well.

I really liked Dr. Mekel. He seems to care, and takes his time to explain if you have any questions. One thing that I don't like with many eye doctors is how I get rushed when they switch lenses, asking which is better, and I often feel their impatience if I take an extra second to think about it. But Dr. Mekel did not give me the impression that he was rushing me through it. I appreciated this so much!

Terrible! I was told my insurance only covered a smaller dollar amount then what I'm actually covered for. The glasses are NOT authentic. Gucci is NOT made in China 🤦🏾‍♀️ What they attempted to charge me 400+ dollars for I got at VisionWorks for 25.00 because MY INSURANCE COVERED IT ALL! …

They have an awesome selection of frames for every budget! The staff was very helpful and weren't pushy just to get a sale. Thank you!

Been going here for 7 years! Doctor is amazing and personable. He takes his time with each patient, asking all of my questions. Love him!
