It's a scam. Th doctor fitted me into this contacts that she's trying to sell without telling me it will cost more in premium. It wasn't even what I'm currently wearing. Do not recommend. They will find reasons to charge you more

Rude. They refused to perform a standard eye exam that I get every year to update my prescription. They insisted that they would only perform a comprehensive eye exam including dilation, which I was not interested in having done. I told them that I was not interested in dilation prior to going but still didn’t confirm with me until I got to the office and wasted my time.

Dr west was very great and knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable. Neil the assistant manager was very great. He help me found my new pair of glasses in a matter of minutes. If you need new glasses and are going to lens crafters see Dr West and Neil, you will be very well taken care of. Thanks you for the great customer service!!

Kathy helped me with my purchase of two new pairs of glasses at the Plymouth Meeting store and she was fantastic! She was quick, kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help resolve some prescription confusion for me. She listened to what I like and helped pick out frames for me. She recommended the best lenses for my prescription and worked out a few different scenarios for me to get the best price. I had a lovely time working with Kathy and can't wait to see her again when I go pick up my new specs! 🤓

Dr. Nissman always spends time and care to discuss things with my 74 year old mother who is often talked AT and rushed through by other medical professionals. He is a friendly, kind, and attentive doctor - these things make all the difference! She is confident under his care for the permanent pain caused by her detached retina surgery (performed years ago by a different doctor).

Dr. Hudson is amazing! She is kind, patient and the right person for this job! I had 3 recent appointments at another location where I continued to be given the wrong prescription, she listened to me and made sure I left with the right prescription! I highly recommend her to anyone in search of an awesome eye doctor!

Everything from the time I walked I. To the time I left was great. Front desk was great. Eye exam was great - I love the fancy new cutting edge equipment- and the results were great. The Dr was very detailed in everything and made a great recommendation on which contacts to use. I’ve never tried progressive contacts before and now I have them I’m so excited. I’m going to dinner with my friends tonight for the first time in years and won’t be made fun of for not being able to read the menu without readers! Such a great experience! I started using Bistline office in Plymouth Meeting years ago then moved to Bensalem and had a bad experience at a Visionworks franchise only to jump right to Bistiline Willow Grove which was still a little hike but worth it.
