Optyx is a wonderful store and Stephanie provides wonderful service to all customers and truly is passionate about what she does! The doctors are great too. I highly recommend optyx to anyone.

We have had years of truly wonderful experiences at the Wheatley branch of Optyx. Stephanie is unbelievably nice, has a great eye for what looks best, doesn’t try to upsell, and is very patient. I’d also highly recommend Dr. Ohlig, who helped me calibrate my prescription (and finally fit me with contacts that fit well) better than I’ve ever experienced before. The price point is in line with the location, but the product lines and service are truly top notch.

Purchased a pair of glasses from this Optyx location. Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was attentive and helpful with her suggestions and I absolutely love my new glasses! She really can frame a face with the proper pair of glasses.

America's best eyeglass store is as the name states the best. The staff is attentive knowledgeable and treat each patient with respect. They answer all questions and assist with your frame selection. The pricing is the best and lowest of any eye care person I have experienced.

Had so much fun trying on frames here ! Idk why this place has so many bad reviews when the employees are nothing short of amazing. The store was super clean & organized. They have great selection of glasses & sunglasses. Everyone was super sweet although we said we’re only browsing for fun. We actually ended up buying 3 pairs of glasses & 2 pairs sunglasses due to the customer service provided. Ignore the bad reviews & check them out, you won’t regret it.

Had a great experience from the moment we walked in. I was only window shopping and noticed that they offer Oliver Peoples sunglasses here through their window. Kevin was very welcoming and offered to help if I had any questions. Kevin and the store manager (I believe she was the store manager) were very helpful in making suggestions, gave me their honest opinion and patient with answering all my questions. We had great conversation and genuinely felt that we would be welcomed back any time if any further questions, need an adjustment on my glasses or want to get frames with prescription done in the future. I will definitely be going back!

Bad reviews are accurate. High prices, never have sales or discounts, still I purchased few pairs since last year, and I was about the buy a Cartier, I used to bring friends to the store till one of my pairs had a scratch. To change was 99$ and was a little over a year and instead of them accommodate me since I’m a good client the lady manager said no. The 2 guys who work there are AMAZING, but not the ladies. She made the company lose a good customer and she said: they are a big corporation- like they don’t need me 😕

Dr. Yang is an incredibly nice and professional doctor with an extremely welcoming staff behind her. No better Ophthalmologist around!

Dr. Yang is a skilled and caring professional. You can trust her. She takes the time to give you a thorough exam and she makes sure that her team provides you all the support you need. I have been her patient for many years and I recommend her!

Good CVS if you know what you need and use self checkout. If you need anything from the pharmacy, prepare to wait an eternity. If you need help at the photo studio, good luck. Try to avoid asking staff for help as the staff doesn’t know what their doing
